We are extremely happy with the new shingles and are so impressed with the quality and workmanship of the Warner Roofing team. The job was completed in a timely manner, despite on and off rain showers, workers were friendly and everything was cleaned up without a trace of shingles/material left behind. Photos were taken to document the various stages and process of the shingling, giving us a clear idea of what was being completed. The company was great to deal with. Very informative and thorough. Sara was great at explaining everything that was going to happen during installation. The roofers were all professional and even sent photos at different steps throughout the replacement. The cleanup was the best I have ever seen from a roofing company as a lot of homes on our street have had their roofs done in the last 2 years. I highly recommend Warner Roofing.

It’s the second time I have used Warner roofing. Two years in a row wildlife decided to move into the attic. Warner roofing responded on both occasions in a quick and professional manner. Their pricing was competitive. They have all necessary regulatory requirements to operate a roofing business and made all this material ready available. The original roof was done by another contractor and the repairs made by Warner were seamless and one would not know that repairs had taken place. The workers arrived on site as promised. The work site was left in the same condition as when they arrived so one would never know they were even there. It’s never a good day when you have to spend money on home repairs but if you do find yourself in that situation, Warner Roofing delivers as promised

Part of the siding on our house came down in a recent wind storm. Contacted Andrew on a Friday, and by the next Wednesday the team had come and repaired it. This is a temporary fix for us, but we will be calling them again for the full repair. Melody was very efficient and helpful too.

Once again Mattamy home has another leak. Called Warners as I wanted to stay local. This was Saturday night and within 24 hrs I was called by Andrew and I explained the situation. I was quoted and on the next day had a crew visit the house. Professional and efficient. Shoveled my roof and found the problem. Fixed it and showed me pictures of the job before, during and after. High quality service which I highly recommend.

4 years old home with leaky roof, a crew from Warner sealed roof vents then had a look at the attic. They took care of the problem in one hour and quoted further attic improvements. I will be using Warner Roofing again if need be, very please with the service
