Previously when we needed a new hot water tank installed we had dealt with Moe from Five Lions. We were very impressed with his promptness, honesty and workmanship so when our ductless heat pump / ac unit failed we called him to repair it. Unfortunately the circuit board was fried and due to the age of the unit it was not worth fixing, so we purchased a new unit through Moe at Five Lions and he had it installed a couple days later [it wasn't a rush]. The quote seemed very fair, we didn't even get a second quote because we trusted Moe and wanted to deal with him. The install was done very professionally and neatly and better than the unit that he was replacing, it was installed perfectly, the job site was left immaculate, and again Moe is just a really good guy to deal with. I would highly recommend Moe and Five Lions.

Top quality service and installation. Co-Owner Mo was very responsive and honest and gave me a very fair price estimate after a thorough site visit. He was available within 2 days of whatever worked best for my kitchen renovation. His team arrived on time and installed a flawless gas line service and cleaned up upon completion. I cant say enough about how great these guys were to work with, and i'll be using them for all of my HVAC items going forward.

I was referred to Five Lions by a friend when I needed to replace my aging boiler on short notice in mid December. I got several quotes from the usual big brand names in East York. Mo came on short notice to do an assessment and his quote ended up being the most competitive and represented the best value of the group. He gave me full answers to all my questions throughout the entire process and did a terrific job. He and his team were punctual, efficient, tidy, considerate and seemed very skilled and knowledgeable. In 20 years of renovations in a couple of different houses this was probably my best experience. BTW—I wish I had installed a high efficiency boiler years ago. I am very happy with the lower carbon footprint and my gas bills are already lower by about 30%. A+ all around.

Having issues with our 15 year old furnace so called Mo and got same day visit to check on furnace. The new furnace was installed 3 days later. Talked about putting in a new tankless water heater and once we had the quote the installation was within a couple of days.
No issues with the installation. The crew was very nice and tidy.

These guys are incredible. In the summer they installed the gas line for my BBQ and kitchen stove (in one day). They then installed registers all over the house, rearranged my HVAC, and set up my Google nest (over a couple days). Recently, they replaced my furnace and installed a humidifier after coming by and running a quick diagnostic. In some ways, they sort of saved our lives given that the old furnace, once taken apart, looked like it was overheating and close to catching fire. Each time the service was superb. It was fast, clean, and reasonably priced. The furnace was actually replaced within 3 days of my calling them, which was much needed given the recent Sub-Zero temperatures. By far the best trade I hired in renovating my house. 100% I will be using them for my future HVAC work.

In a typical cold winter day our tankless hot water heater stopped working, knowing who to call Five Lions was my first thought
Sure enough in about an hour MOE was at my door for o check it. First was the bad news and hat it was the heat exchanger which the most expensive part but wait Five Lions come to the rescue; they called the manufacturer as my heater was over 10 years old and luckily the exchanger was still under the warranty. Moe stayed on the phone with them over couple of hours and for two days he was chase them until they decided to replace the whole unit and not the exchanger (good job MOE)
They brought the new unit and did the install. Very clean job; no mess, no boxes left after and very social distancing conscious. Thank you MOE for you professionalism and honesty

I will never use anyone else but Five Lions for all my HVAC needs and I am recommending them to every one not just to my friends but to everyone
