Kris Strive is punctual and efficient. His work is performed in a professional manner. He accommodates our short timelines and gets the job done. We will have completed 12 units done out of 26 shortly.

Kriss  from Xtreme Homes just completed our basement last week. We now have a lovely rec room, bedroom and laundry room. It all looks Fabulous!  From the first visit to our home we found him to be very respectful of our property, making an effort to keep the work area clean and neat. Sometimes it didn't even feel like we were in the middle of a reno because he cleaned up after every stage.  This continued right through from the start of construction to the very end. He also considered city by laws concerning renovations and adhered to them, further improving the quality of our reno. 
From the start he came up with great suggestions on even the smallest of details that we had not even thought of, which all added to the final appeal of our basement. Kriss  and his team kept to his promised schedule.  We would not hesitate to recommend Xtreme homes to anyone looking at doing renovations in their home. Today I completed a kitchen reno with Xtreme Home and I am in awe at how fabulous it looks! I had a vision and asked Kriss to design a kitchen that was functional, energy efficient, maximized my space and would give that WOW factor and that is exactiy what he did. The job involved framing, drywalling, plumbing electrical and cabinetry. Kriss and Joe are a great team. They paid attention to detail, accomodated any last minute changes that I requested and were always upfront about any extra costs. They are dedicated professionals who take pride in their work. Xtreme Home rescued us from a renovation gone bad! Kriss Shrive was referred to us by a friend and happily came over and took a look at all the problems, explained to me what was done wrong, why it didn't meet the building code, how it was going to be fixed and how long it would take and what it would cost. Xtreme Home fixed everything to perfection! After that experience we gained alot of confidence in Kriss. When we bought a home and decided to completely renovate it, we called him again and everything worked out great. Worth every penny to do the job right the first time and that's exactly what Xtreme Home does!

We had Xtreme Home back into our home again, to redo our basement. Kriss turned our basement into a warm and cozy family living area. I had Kriss build me 2 mirror image book shelves and they turned out Xtremely well. I dont think there is anything this guy cannot do.

I had Xtreme Home in to do 2 landings in my home with Laminate flooring. I know Kriss from doing my Mom's complete house makeover. Job was EXTREMEKY well done. So I have asked him back to do work in my own home. Kriss is a very picky guy. It must be done right or not done at all. He will suggest different ideas that will make the project look better than actually planned.

We recently had a full basement renovation done which included a large living room, bedroom, a 3 piece bathroom and 3 storage rooms. The job required extensive framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical and custom doors and windows. Kris and Doug were courteous, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. We were especially impressed with some of the fine details that they added to the rooms. Without a doubt we are now the envy of the street. We are now planning additional work to be done in the near future. We highly recommend Kris and Doug to anyone looking for quality renovations completed at a competitive rate. It is unfortunate that we misplaced our before pictures that would have shown how they transformed our disaster of a basement into an XTREME HOME reno!

Kriss and Doug changed my Mother's home from a very run down house, to a house almost unrecognizable as Mom's house! I think I said "Oh my gawd" over twenty times upon seeing the finished product. The entire main floor was done over, bedrooms, washroom, kitchen, and living room, all in the most proffessional manner. Amazing... simply amazing. The yard was also given a tune up! My sister gratefully wrote the cheque for my Mother. If all goes the way I plan it to go, I'll be seeing Kriss and Doug soon in my own backyard. Work to be done! And these are the guys to do it. My only complaint with Xtreme home is that I didn't meet them at the beginning of my project.

Doug and Chris are two great guys whose workmanship is outstanding. They came in and in a day did a very large and messy drywall job and left my home in an amazing shape. Despite their being some extras they honored their quote which is unheard of. A painter that was just here giving me a quote commented on what a perfect and efficient job it was. Compliments from competition is rare in this business.

They men operate with integrity, are empathetic and a joy to work with. Not looking forward to more renos but will certainly call them first when and if I do. It will be a pleasure to pass their name on to my family and friends.

Kriss & Doug lowered and levelled the ceiling and installed ceiling density drywall. Installed the appropriate moisture resistant drywall on the walls and taped and mudded ceiling and walls in preparation for us to paint the room. They also followed-up with us after the job was finished to be sure we were happy with the work they had done.

Excellent workwanship. Showed good judgement, good taste and personable service with a great sense of humour. We would highly recommend "Xtreme Home".
