We used Comfort Wjndows and Doors in the fall to cut an opening in our exterior wall and install a sliding door. Julian and his team were a pleasure to work with, so we decided to hire them to replace all of our windows and front door.

We find the pricing to be fair, and the value received is in line with the products installed. Julian is very helpful in answering questions and was quick at providing updated estimates on different pricing options. The installers have always showed up on time on the scheduled day to complete the installs (no delays), and the work has always been completed within the time frame promised.

The installers are nice to deal with and take pride in their workmanship.

Overall, we've had a great experience and Confort Windows and Doors will be our top choice for window and door installations in the future.

We had windows and doors replaced by Comfort Windows last summer. From the quote to installation everything went smoothly. I asked Julian to revise the quote several times as I wanted to add/modify things. Each time, he responded to my requests in a timely manner. The installation team was friendly, professional and hard working. My windows and doors look great. Very satisfied with the work done by Comfort Windows.

Recently had our front door replaced by the team at Comfort Windows & Doors and we're thrilled with the results. Julian and his team came to our home to walk us through the designs and options, took us to the manufacturer to see the doors and colours in person and were fantastic answering all of our questions and concerns. On top of that, they were competitive in their pricing.

The day of install went extremely smoothly as Ramesh (sp?) and his team did an outstanding job removing the old door and installing the new one. He even came back a few days later to do a few touch ups!
