I had been struggling to find a company to come out and work on a custom railing for my stairs. Nick came out and had some wonderful ideas. Once I decided on which option I liked best, he gave me a time line and did a wonderful job. So happy with the final look!

Nicholas was very quick to respond to my request for a quote. Diamond Railings was not only the least expensive by 50%, but they had so many more design options to choose from.
The railings look great and are very sturdy. The main reason for getting them was to assist disabled family and they feel safe and secure using them.
All in all, I would go out of my way to recomend Diamond Railings. Nothing but a great experience.

Diamond Railing successfully installed railings on our porch to our exact specifications. Starting from "we'd like something similar to a neighbour" Diamon Railing quickly provided options so we could select what we wanted.

Throughout the entire process we were updated on progress so we could understand the effect COVID was having on the supply-chain we were using.

Overall the installation delivered what we wanted with attentive service.

Excellent customer service and product. I contacted Nickolas to replace both side gates at my home. He quickly responded and made arrangements to meet and discuss my options. Once I agreed on the style, he took care of the rest and made arrangements to make sure there was nothing underground before installing the posts. The rest of the process was well communicated with next steps and timelines. If there were delays (due to the pandemic), we were notified well in advance. The end product was exceptional.

Made visits to measure and show samples of railing designs, and options. Understandably the materials were difficult to procure due to the pandemic, but I was kept informed with the order's status. Installation was quick and the design/finish was perfect.

I had hired a local railing company to replace wood posts & iron railings on my front porch & 2nd floor balcony that were rotting & rusting (what an eyesore!). Nick and his brother did a great job at a great price. Our porch was a little tricky as we had round columns that the railing went into. They were very tidy and left everything better than how they found it.

They were a pleasure to work with and they clearly enjoy their craft.
