Everyone from start to finish have been exceptional. The staff are polite and professional. They actually arrived as planned and completed the job to our satisfaction. Chris was the attic insulator and Rob was the roofer for the gooseneck vent. Both were more than supportive, efficient, experienced staff and left us with no debris to clean up.
We cannot say enough about how satisfied we are. This company comes with a great warranty as well. WE highly recommend them and have already done so to our neighbors. You won't be disappointed.

I would recommend Ideal Insulation & roofing to anyone looking for attic repairs. We had some issues with condensation build up in our attic. Mike from Sales came over, inspected the attic and provided us with a number of options. After reviewing the options and answering our questions we chose the option that we felt was best for us.
The crew came on the day and time we were told they were coming, completed the attic work and left the inside of our house clean and tidy. There was some follow up work on the roof that needed to be conducted once the attic was completed. Again, they showed up when we were told and completed the job in a timely manner.

Had mike over to give estimate and review work area. Pointed out defeciences and helped to suggest how and who could alleviate them. He took a real interest in the overall project and worked around these issues. Crews were on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Would "highly" reccomend Ideal to be considered for any insulation projects.

Wanted to upgrade our attic insulation closet to current standards. Inspection was excellent with recommendations for upgrades. Crew showed up on time, kept the house clean were very polite and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend their services.

Our house was built in 1991 and I felt that with the improvements in materials that we would benefit with additional new insulation in our attic. I reached out to Ideal and they provided a quote and a date for the work. Most impressive is that they arrived one hour ahead of the scheduled time. Everything went well and the crew did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished.

I was made aware right from the start in detail what to expect and how to prepare for the install. Installers left notices on both doors advising us on when it was safe to re-enter the home. No mess was left and job was completed as quoted.

When I purchased my home a year ago, the Home Inspector advised that the Attic Baffles were blocked by the Batt Insulation resulting in restricted airflow and potential mold and would have to be replaced. I stumbled onto Ideal Insulation after receiving quotes from a couple other companies, and am so glad I did! From start to finish, their service and communication has been excellent! Mikes initial inspection and review answered all of my questions, and the insulation and roofing crews I replaced vents as well) were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Ideal!

Our house is 20 years old but we have only owned it for five and wanted to be sure the attic insulation was up to par. The Beyond Form Estimator came and told us a 20 top- up was needed. Cost would be $1800. Two months later the technicians arrived and prepped for the job. Then silence. About 20 minutes later head office called me with surprising news! Our attic was fine! The Estimator got it wrong! They had no idea how, but our attic already had the necessary 50 of insulation. Hatch needed upgrade though. Bill now $80. Great people and super Integrity!

Garage is now warm. Good communication. Definitely recommend . On time and did the job well.
