These people never respond quickly, and every-time they visit the “technicians” start acting like salesmen trying to sell you more “maintenance “ schemes with no value. When something breaks, they overcharge you even though you already pay a monthly subscription. We tried to alert to cancel our contract, two months from its end date to make sure they don’t accidentally charge for a term. They refused to make such note or attempt and asked us to call in and cancel after we paid for the last invoice.
