I was impressed with General Flooring the moment I walked into their showroom. It is a small showroom but it felt warm & sophisticated. The selection was limited but adequate. The price was very fair.
I was helped by Stephanie and Kyle and they were both professional, informative & welcoming.
Questions were promptly answered and communication was always open. I had a delay in my installation and they were very accommodating. Everything went smoothly right dow to the delivery. Thank you.

My new condo had carpet in the master bedroom and laminate in the rest, so I wanted to remove the carpet and match the flooring to the rest of the condo. General Flooring was great to deal with. Stephanie in the office was very responsive, helpful with my matching needs, never ghosted me when I emailed/called (unlike some contractors) and always responded when she said she would.

Reliability is what I was looking for and certainly what I got. Both the measurememt quoter and actual person who laid the flooring should-up on time. Finished the job when they said they would and left the place and condo common areas clean. Very respectful folks and nice to deal with. I would definately use them again and recommend to friends.

We contracted General Flooring to remove & replace old parquet flooring and carpeting with hardwood, replace carpeted stairs with hardwood stairs and replace porcelain tiles in the kitchen. They also replaced baseboards and transitions.

General Flooring staff were prompt, professional and courteous throughout the project. Site crew led by Jason did an amazing job. They were meticulous with their work, from laying the hardwood, to transitions, stairs, trim and tiling. They made sure that we were satisfied with the work. What impressed us most was their commitment to completing the job on schedule. Clean-up was excellent. I would definitely recommend General Flooring to anyone considering installing new flooring.

General Flooring Canada replaced the carpeting in my basement with laminate. The installation team was very professional and hard working, and the sales people were pleasant to deal with. The end result was a beautiful transformation of my basement. The installers did not have an easy work space as the basement was full of furniture and belongings, but the job was completed on time and the price was right. I would certainly use them again, and will be using them if I replace my tile on the main floor with hardwood flooring.

General Flooring Canada has a professional service team. Their price is 10 percent lower than others' but with the same or better quality relatively. Stefanie is a very nice person, she helped me a lot while selecting products. Overall, I would like to recommend General Flooring Canada to people who are looking for a professional flooring team.

It costs me less than $1000 to buy approximately 600 sqft 12mm luxury laminate flooring. Such a good price and such good quality!!!
