Thanks for the help on the rad pipe removal! Although you could not make the initial time we agreed due to unforseen issues there was good communication to manage the situation.

I appreciated the efforts to get the job done and work through the old pipe removal. Good cleanup and the end and doing the tasks as requested.

HTO was great...on time, reasonably priced and helped solve a problem that turned out to be two issues rather than one. Happy to recommend and am holding on to their business card!

At 1130 pm, I realized my toilet was leaking. I went onto Homestars and attached a video. At 1131 pm, HTO Plumbers responded asking that I text the video to them, as they couldn't see it.

By 1145, I had stopped the leak. This was done via exchanging many texts, some of which included photos asking what to do next. Further, by this time an appointment was scheduled for the following day. Seamless.

This was omni channel customer service. They spoke to me on my preferred channel - text. An incredible experience, which their work complemented.

I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue - in a heart beat.

The handle of the toilet flush broke a couple of days ago. After googling for a plumbing service , I immidiately contacted HTO plumbers as they had the highest positive review. A spokesperson called me the next day (today a Sunday) and sent a plumber within a few hours. The service was very efficient and very quick. Very good customer service representative. I would recommend HTO Plumbers to everyone.

Kerem and his team came to install plumbing for my kitchen reno (sink, dishwasher, water filter) and the work was excellent! They were courteous, professional, and easy to communicate with by text/phone. Kerem also did a locate for the pipes in the basement for the next reno. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing work we need.

We got referred to this amazing company by my friend who using this company all the time I call Kerem about my shop explained everything what needs to be done he came over next day and the price I got from him was extremely reasonable compared to other company's . To be honest this guys made my shop running in two weeks I was very happy with the results
