We have been using AVF for at least 10 years. Arjay has always fixed problems with our garage doors in a very timely fashion as well as reasonable cost. He is professional, pleasant to deal with and does really good work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend AVF!

We hired AVF Residential to install new garage doors for 2 of our properties, and it was a great experience. They delivered on budget and a month+ ahead of schedule. The garage's we installed these on are pretty old too, so the openings aren't a perfect level frame, but they still managed to get it installed perfectly with tight seals. I'd highly recommend them!

Arjay booked me in quickly, and when he came by he immediately diagnosed the problem with my garage door. Before I knew it, the door was fixed and working perfectly again. Very happy with the service.

Suddenly my garage door would not close. I needed a same day quick service call. I called AVF on a long weekend. Surprised that someone answered the phone but talk to the Arjay and he tried to trouble shoot over the phone but nothing worked. He came within 20 minutes and fixed the door promptly and provided a 90 day warranty on the work. I was so pleased. I thought I would have to make many calls to find someone to come the same day. My garage door spring broke and I found AVF through a google search. Arjay answered my call and within a couple hours he was at my house, took a look and provided a quote. He was ready with the parts for repair the next day. After completing the work, he kindly explained what he had done along with a few other improvements he made.
This was a great experience and Arjay is a genuinely good and honest person I would recommend to anyone. We'll be seeing him back soon when we're ready to upgrade our garage door.

Responded very quickly to my initial request and quoted me what I believed to be a reasonble estimate. On the basis of his amicable, prompt and professional response, I agreed to his hire. Arjay arrived the very day and repaired the malfunctioning door opener to my complete satisfaction. Will definitely call again when in need!

I spoke with Arjay about our very old garage door openers, which still worked fine, except the remotes no longer worked. He researched replacement receivers/remotes and within a day gave us a couple of options and helped us decide what was the best value for money solution. He was very knowledgeable about the products and did not pressure one way or the other - simply relayed the facts and let us make the decision (which was to replace the entire garage door openers with new ones) . He scheduled Tony to perform the installation within the week and he did a great job. We are super happy with the service and advice this team gave us, as well as our new quiet garage door openers that we can open without getting out of the car!!! We highly recommend Avf.

Arjay was very easy to work with from the beginning of the project. He was very up front about some of the current challenges of getting a garage door to fit our particular garage. In the end, we were quite comfortable with our options: the cost was reasonable; the timing was exactly to our needs. Tony, the installer, did excellent work, and finished early. The family is quite happy with the great looking results, delivered as promised.
