Had 2 custom doors installed as part of a major reno. These guys were fantastic, helpful, quick, and the final product looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Ilia and his team at windows depot Canada were quick to respond to my inquiry about replacing some old glass block windows with something more energy efficient. Ilia walked me through the process and was honest about the difficulty of the task. On installation day, there was a hiccup and the project had to be delayed, but Ilia worked hard to get an installer to come back the very next day in order to get the job done.

Overall I am very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the window.

Strange year to do it but 2020 was the year for our major renovation. With all of the various tradespeople and contractors we worked with, by far Ilia and his team of installers were the best to work with! Never have I had such start to finish customer service with Ilia coming to our home each time work was being done to make sure everything was going as it should. Fantastic quality in both the windows we selected as well as the new front and side doors they installed for us. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, quality products and above all else, integrity.

Window Depot replaced 9 of our windows...There customer service and installation was amazing and would highly recommend them .. Everything from choosing the windows to the installation was made very easy with there knowledge of product and installation process.. the crew was very polite and hard working and put in a long day making sure everything was completed and cleaned up that day.. As a contractor myself, I know how hard it is to find quality service and workmanship these days... Well Window Depot gets 5 stars from me and is well deserving of it.

Ilia is very passionate about his work. The measurements were done weeks before the job and when the installers arrived at 10:30 a.m. they worked very efficiently and were finished around 5 p.m! I was surprised they did all my windows and doors in one day. I am happy with the product and knowing it is guaranteed. Looking forward to many years with these windows. Thanks Ilia and Team Russia!
