Pro Climate

It was my pleasure publishing a review for Pro Climate back in January 2022, and it is with an even greater pleasure that I follow now with another review, regarding a new installation that the Team did for another location.

We were happy to deal with the members of the Team, again, and they proved that they are excellent at their work scope.

We are grateful to Arman, again, for being very kind and for offering a fantastic price for the purchase of the new equipment, which was of higher efficiency than the one he originally quoted in the estimate, without raising the price!

The installation crew (Mehrdad, and his colleagues Saieed & Kourosh) was very knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and efficient (they arrived exactly at the beginning of the scheduled time window and completed their work in the middle of the expected timeframe).
They performed a fast and elegant installation with high workmanship standards, professionalism, attention to detail, cleanness and consideration.

Finally, it was a real pleasure to have Beatriz in the Team, who demonstrated kindness and proved to be highly efficient in coordinating the project from the time of the initial estimate to its full completion.

Needless to say, we are happy to highly recommend Pro Climate to anyone who needs HVAC equipment installation or repair, as we believe that they will get an exceptional level of service at a very competitive price.

Thank you to Armando and his team Mehrad, Kourosh and Saied. They arrived on time and didnt stop working until the job was complete. They were able to reroute my thermostat from one room to another and into the basement somehow and Im still trying to figure it out.
I was watching them throughout the day and I was impressed with the amount of work they did. They cleaned up after themselves and also took the time to chat with me on how to operate the equipment properly. The old furnace was replaced and it was so seamless, there is no clue that something else was there. I highly recommend them.

A big thank you to Armando and his team for installing Mitsubishi heat pumps on our 1974 townhouse and remove the baseboard heaters. Pricing was competitive. No hidden costs. Some companies only send salesmen but he came on site himself to assess how the pumps would be installed. Armando was reasonable and informative, and the placement of everything was intentional and explained to us. He even went out of his way to find a last minute contractor to fix up the place. The experience was well above our expectations. All the best with the business!

Sales Armando, technician Mario and HVAC engineer Mehrdad all did a great job. My 19 years old furnace needed to be changed, after I talked to Armando who found Mario immediately to drop by my place the same night. That's call efficiency. After I received and accept the quotation, Mehrdad come to my place on time and work incredibly. No joking, my unfurnished basement floor is even cleaner than before.

I met Armando summer last year, there is no pressure in talking with him, he has a calm and professional personality that made me very comfortable, although it took a couple more months before I finally committed to getting their services. He was always accommodating and there is never a dumb question for him ( I had lots!) price is very reasonable compared to other companies and the service was excellent! I had a few questions and they are always happy to answer themI would recommend them to whoever needs their services 100%

Armando and his team were referred to us by our landscape designer to install heated driveway. They were punctual and responsive. They did a great job and were done on time for the winter time. Highly recommended. Thank you proclimate! You guys are amazing.
