I just moved into a new home and to no surprise there are some issues. As a result I needed my basement demoed. Jiyan and his team came in and within 3 days they had it all cleared out. He arranged for all the disposal which was all promptly removed from my property. He is very knowledgeable in many areas. I'm having more work done to my home in stages and Jiyan has been very good and fair at pricing each job individually given my limited budget. If I have questions about an area that he may not know about he has been honest about letting me know and been very instrumental at getting me the answers and putting me in contact with people that do.

We hired Ecolux Contracting for our waterproofing and opening up a separate walkout for out basement. At the consultation process, Jiyan went through all the details of the job with and answered all of our questions. He was really patient and professional.
His crew showed up every morning on time and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They were done within a week.
The end result is phenomenal, we are so happy to have hired Ecolux.

Jiyan and his Ecolux team are fantastic. He is available at all times and responds immediately to questions, texts, emails or phone calls. Customer service that goes above and beyond and we are thrilled with our brand new basement. After the completion of the project his follow up has not stopped. We hired Ecolux Contracting about a month ago to finish our basement. I usually don't write reviews so this itself says a lot. I have nothing but amazing things to say. Not only has their service surpassed my expectations but the workmanship is top notch. We made many changes/ upgrades to the basement and they always found ways to accommodate our changes without question. Their input to make it look the way I wanted made me feel that they actually cared for the living space to look and feel what my family wanted it to be. After hearing many horror stories regarding deposits being taken yet service not being received, their payment structure gave me confidence. The payment structure was designed to be payed in sectors as each component of the basement is completed. The owner Jiyan himself, always showed up from early mornings and stayed until late evenings so that the work can be done at a timely manner as promised. All in all, I am very satisfied with their service and workmanship and would recommend them to anyone doing upgrades to their property. Pictures will follow.
