I have been dealing with S&S cleaning for years and Sophie is always ready to help and respond effectively to my cleaning needs. All her team is very good, they always arrive on time and immediately get to work. I have never seen people work so hard! They are very professional, friendly and do an amazing cleaning. They are very trustworthy and no need to check their work. I am very satisfied and give them my highest recommendation.

I hired S&S cleaning to clean my house after moving. Sent a request last minute and they were able to accommodate, were professional and did a top to bottom cleaning of the whole house in a timely fashion. I will use their services again.

First time here cleaning and Nana did an excellent job, recommend her highly as she was prompt, very hard working and extremely efficient. Small challenge with interpretation but I used Google translate for specific request and it worked beautifully. I am beyond pleased with the service and will now be a repeat customer.

This was my third time using this company in the last 2 years. As always booking is easy, the team is on time, professional and so friendly. This time I needed cleaning of my couch and some carpets after my dog was sprayed by a skunk. A big thanks to thee guys who were so amazing and thorough and gave me some great advice on products, etc. I am so happy I can now get another few years of use of my favourite couch.

I agreed to three cleaners for 1.5 hours, for a total of 4.5 hours. First, spoke almost no English so it was impossible to communicate with them. Then they wanted me to help them find parking. I let them park in my underground parking spot. Then they wanted to use my cleaning supplies, even though Sopio told me repeatedly that they would bring their own. Not only did they use my cleaning supplies, they took my cleaning spray (I hope by accident), which I use everyday to clean practically everything. And they left 10 minutes early, but expected to be paid the agreed rate. I didn't haggle because I just wanted to be done. They also did a sloppy job. I kept finding dust in corners, on the kitchen countertops and other surfaces after they left.

I HAVE TRIED A FEW CLEANING SERVICES IN THE PAST YEAR AND S&S CLEANING IS THE BEST I HAVE HAD. THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED
COMPARED TO OTHER CLEANING COMPANIES I'VE TRIED AND CALLED AND VERY EFFICIENT AND PROMPT WITH THE SCHEDULE WE SET OUT. I HAVE
ONLY HAD MY HOME CLEANED TWICE, BUT VERY HAPPY SO FAR.
