I've recently hired a landscaping company to replace grass on my back and front yards, plant flowers, and make some other improvements. The project was done, however, I was very disappointed when I discovered that the irrigation system installed in my house, specifically one part of it (zone) on the backyard wasn't working. I called Robin and he said that they're fully booked for the next two weeks; to my surprise, he called me back in a couple of days and said that they can come anyways. Esho came yesterday (this is the second time he helps me; first time was last year) and found a leak very quickly. He then fixed it to only discover that there was another one. Apparently, the landscapers used their shovels with no regard to the irrigation system and destroyed the pipes in multiple places near the flower beds (cracked pipes in 2 places and one with the sprinkler head totally cut off). Esho fixed all of them promptly, installed a sprinker head and replaced one that was not in great shape. All of that within an hour.

ROBIN IS THE BATMAN OF SPRINKLERS!!!

ROBIN ROBIN ROBIN! WHAT ELSE CAN BE SAID. THIS MAN IS THE MOST HELPFUL, CARING, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL I HAVE BEEN AROUND IN A WHILE.

I MUST HAVE CONTACTED 100 COMPANIES FOR QUOTES ON IRRIGATION SYSTEMS. NOT ONLY WAS NEW VISIONS AND ROBIN THE FIRST TO REPLY...THEY ALSO HAD A VERY PROFESSIONAL AUTOMATED E-MAIL SAYING THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME ASAP WHICH WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

ROBIN TOOK LESS THAN 24 HOURS TO THAN PROVIDE ME A QUOTE AND WAS VERY DETAIL AND THOROUGH WITH HIS QUOTE. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROBINS QUOTE AND THE OTHER GUYS OUT THERE WAS THAT HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE QUOTE IN SIMPLE TERMS FOR ME AND HE ALSO LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEEDED VS. WHAT I DID NOT NEED.

THE MAIN REASON I WENT WITH ROBIN AND NEW VISIONS IRRIGATION WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE (ON TOP OF COURSE OF THE KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONALISM). ROBIN WOULD ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WITHIN MINUTES ANYTIME I ASKED HIM ANYTHING ON WHATS APP! NOT SURE HOW HE WAS ABLE TO RESPOND SO QUICKLY AT ALL TIMES OF DAY (AND NIGHT) BUT I WILL NOT QUESTION THE MANS METHODS.

ROBIN ALWAYS THANKED ME EVERYTIME I ASKED HIM SOMETHING (REALLY i SHOULD BE THANKING HIM) AND HE WAS SO POLITE EVEN IF I ASKED THE SAME QUESTION TWICE OR SOMETHING VERY RUDIMENTARY. THIS IS HOW HE DISTINGUISHED HIMSELF VS. THE OTHER IRRIGATION COMPANIES. IF I EMAILED OR TEXTED OTHERS, THEY WOULD TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO REPLY AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS NOT AS THOROUGH. AS WELL THEY WOULD OVER TIME GET IRRITATED WITH ALL OF MY QUESTIONS.

I AM SORRY I HAD TO ASK SO MANY QUESTIONS BUT BEING A RELATIVELY YOUNG HOUSE OWNER I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I AM GETTING INTO AND HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. ROBIN UNDERSTOOD THIS AND OUR CONSTANT BACK AND FORTH COMMUNICATION WAS PROOF OF HOW MUCH HE VALUED MY BUSINESS BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY ME AS A PERSON.

ROBIN EVEN TOOK IT A STEP FURTHER AND VISITED OUR HOUSE PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM (AGAIN NO OTHER COMPETITORS DID THIS FOLLOW UP). HE HELPED EXPLAIN WHERE THE SPRINKLERS WOULD SPRAY AND BROKE DOWN THE ZONE COVERAGE. HE ALSO TESTED OUR TAP PRESSURE AT THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND DETERMINED THE WATER PRESSURE WOULD NOT BE STRONG ENOUGH. THEREFORE THEY WOULD RUN IT THROUGH THE BASEMENT (NO ONE ELSE GAVE US THIS OPTION). AGAIN I APPRECIATE ALL THE UPFRONT WORK HE DID AND I DEFINITELY FELT SAFE WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP.

ON THE DAY OF, ROBINS BUSINESS PARTNER ESHO DID THE INSTALLATION. HE DID A THOROUGH JOB AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO WORK THE SYSTEM THROUGH THE WIFI CONTROLLER. ESHO TOOK THE TIME AND CARE TO MAKE SURE ALL THE SPRINKLER HEADS WERE FUNCTIONING AND HE EVEN SPENT AN EXTRA TEN MINS SPREADING GRASS SEED FOR ME (ON HIS BARE KNEES) AND THEN WATERING IT!

ROBIN AND ESHO AND THE WHOLE TEAM AT NEW VISIONS IRRIGATION HAVE BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEIR WORK TO ANYONE ELSE LOOKING FOR A SPRINKLER SYSTEM. I KNEW FROM DAY ONE I COULD RELY ON THEM AND HAVING SOMEONE WHO CAN QUICKLY RESPOND TO YOU AND ACTION YOUR NEEDS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN IT COMES TO AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM. Picked this company because of all these positive reviews. Well, I can confirm that they definitely deserve all positive feedback I've been reading. Just had a 5-zone system installed in half a day. Pretty happy with outcome - great coverage for green spaces as well as for my garden and flowerbeds. Really happy with their work, highly recommend!

New Vision irrigation is a well-rounded irrigation company with dedicated and professional crew operating it. We’ve been a customer with them for over 5 years now (to be almost exact). Whenever I needed any sort of assistance or trouble shoots, all we do is contact them and one of their courteous workers show up to your door in a day or two max. This company has some solid customer service driven mind sets. I’ve dealt with lots of rude, unprofessional and arrogant contractors I’m the past and that is why we do DIY most of our home business. However, these guys are the only contractors who we chose to enter our property even when we are away from home and we have done that as well. You will always get a professional and well spoken employee who is always ready to help. I called them today to replace one of our Sprinkler timers that stopped working. I was advised on the phone that they will be here before the weekend and next thing I know they sent one of their field managers. Everything was quickly assembled and replaced. Now my newly soiled lawn can get some proper watering thanks to New Visions Irrigations.

Robin and New Vision irrigation have been associated with me for a number of years. Even though the sprinkler system installed in our house is quite old - Robin and team will always ensure that they give us a call to remind us of winterizing the system besides other maintenance needs. We installed our sprinkler system in our backyard and front of the house in late summer 2019. After this, we re-sodded our backyard and put in a new fence. In the Spring 2020, we asked Robin to adjust the sprinklers a few times and he came promptly. The quality of the sprinkler system material and labour is excellent and I love the fact that I have Smart wi-fi irrigation control from my phone. I have done many renovations and home improvement projects inside and outside the house. I know that integrity and keeping to commitments is hard to find in this industry (once the sale is complete, most people don’t come back). It has been refreshing to work with Robin because he is true to his word, delivers a great product and at a fair price. It is one of the best investments we have made in our house so far. I am happy to recommend Robin and his team!

Robin and his team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were the only company that came to my aid when I decided to install a sprinkler system at the last minute before my concrete work was done. Robin and team did an absolutely fantastic job installing our sprinklers. We are very particular about our lawn. Ours was probably the most complicated sprinkler install you could imagine but Robin figured it out. We now have a 8 zone system all set up. What is even more impressive is although its only been a week since they were by this is how our lawn looks (basically cannot tell).

Robin and his team are extremely professional, honest and do amazing work. They fixed a botched instal by another company. They are focused on building a business and their brand is their reputation.
