What an amazing experience and Robin is just an absolute star. Courteous, efficient, professional.... can’t say enough about this individual. Robin was at our home the same day after reaching out for a quote and was very kind in being flexible in getting our job done earlier than originally anticipated which helped us a great deal. The system was installed in half a day and you could not even tell they were ever in our backyard. So happy with our decision and will be having them back soon to do our front yard as well. Robin is the most professional, accommodating individual that I have dealt with when it comes to my irrigation system. I had an issue with my timer and the system not working, I called him and he was here the next day. He fixed the problem and also showed me exactly how to prevent it from happening again. I will only deal with this company when it comes to my sprinkler system, nicest and most professional people I have met.

Robin is such a great guy, right from the quote to finishing the project he was so nice and explained everything to me. He was on time for the quote and the day of installation they were in at 7:30 and out by 1 as he had promised. They clean up so well after themselves and explained the working of all the sprinklers so well. Absolutely love that I can sit back and water my lawn just by a tap on my mobile phone now.

New Visions installed a two four zone system for me in last year. As many have mentioned, Robin is very professional in his approach. I was very happy with the installation and customer service.

The reason I am writing this review after one year is that when we started the system this year, the tap was leaking and I called them. They showed up in the same day and replaced it for free. This company really know about customer service.

I would not hesitate to hire New Visions for my sprinkler needs.

I had a great experience with Robin and his team . They did an excellent job ..they dug up the grass and put pipes but did a splendid job because when they put grass and soil back it was so neat couldn’t even tell that pipes were put in.
Then since I am not a tech savvy person Robin explained how system works and how to schedule it and till now I can call him up and he will patiently help me change the schedules . He came over as many times to lower or raise the shower heads so that I am satisfied with water direction. Robin has a pleasant personality , always happy and sweet . It was a pleasure working with him and I recommend him as 10 star rating from me .. professional and kind and after sales service is impeccable .

Robin was such a pleasure to deal with. He is kind, respectful, and professional. His crew too. They installed a sprinkler system in my backyard and front yard. They were so careful not to disturb the grass. They had to dig by hand in the backyard as we had new sod just put in; in the front they used a special machine which puts the pipe under with minimum grass damage (I could hardly see where they cut it). I am very impressed with Robin's speed in responding to texts and calls. He is very quick to respond, and he is so helpful! Both him and his partner have lovey, friendly personalities. They worked hard, and they came on a Sunday just to help our schedule. I am so happy I found them on Homestars, they truly deserve a rating of 10! I came across the company online when I was looking to get a quote for a sprinkler system. I had contacted New Vision and another company. Robin from New Vision got back to me and came to my home and gave me a quote. Initially I had wanted to get at least two quotes but, based on how friendly and knowledgeable Robin was I didn't bother. Robin had given me enough information that I felt comfortable going with them and I am so happy that I did. They installed my sprinkler system.. explained how everything worked and so far I have not had any issues. My lawn looks amazing and anytime I have a question I send Robin a message and he gets back to me right away and has even stopped by to show me how to set the timer because I forgot.
