From my first interaction to the completion of project Vlad and his team were always informed, professional, punctual, and polite. Vlad was quick to come in for a quote, and explained the available options for the replacement of two large windows, and three small windows.

He was upfront about the price, what options were not worth the money, what he would recommend, and how long delivery of the windows would take.

He kept me informed about the production of the windows, and did not deviate from the installation window.

The door and framework looks beautiful. The installation was perfectly done, it looks amazing. Yan was the installer and he did an incredible job, my mom is so happy with how it looks. Vlad showed us the catalogue with different doors and helped us choose which would be best and he was definitely right. Very professional and polite. I'll be contacting them again for other work.
