The metal roof was supposed to have LIFE TIME GUARENTEE that was transferrable to the subsequent home owner. When I attempted to contact the OWNER (2017) of the business he avoided the issue.
I would advise, because of this failure that your contract with Canadian Metal Roof Manufacturing Ltd. has a clause that irrevocably agrees to transfer the warranty.
He is now using sub-contractors so buyer be ware.
