Shine Squad

We had Shine Squad do our outside windows for the last 3 years. Excellent people, excellent service. They were well equipped and professional. I appreciated having a reminder email the day before the service. It’s very rare to find a company you trust on your property. Highly recommend. -LD

Shine squad was hired to clean up my gutter- communication with them was clear- they came on time to do the work and completed the job professionally- i liked how the owner went an extra mile to explain how to clean glue from my indoor windows

This was out first experience with Shine Squad and it was flawless from the first contact with Anna to the completion of the project with Andrew. They are a very professional team and very nice people to deal with.
It was a project we wanted done for a few years and we are very pleased we had Shine Squad do such quality work.
We look forward to having them do our window cleaning next Spring.

We recently moved into a new house and the windows, frames, and screens were in disparate need of some TLC. Andrew and Anna responded quickly and did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable, professional, and were fantastic to deal with from start to finish; highly recommended!

Nice guys to have work at our house, and they did a great job. They managed to get the windows spotless inside and out, on our 3 storey house, and I felt absolutely comfortable with them working inside our home. They power washed our front bricks, to remove the dead remnants of ivy which we'd pulled down years ago. As an extra kindness, they cleaned our front door and surrounding glass work, and our porch lights. With their help, our house had good curb appeal when we put it on the market a few days later.

My first contact was with Anna who was extremely helpful and who very quickly sent us an estimate for the job. The price was good so we went ahead with it.
Andrew arrived at the agreed time and was very pleasant to deal with. He did the job very efficiently and on completion said that since there was not so much involved, he would lower the price. This is a 'first' for us. After he left, I noticed that there was a small portion not covered by the leaf guard. I spoke with Andrew and he confirmed that it wasn't there to begin with but as I was concerned he said that he would call in and install that piece the next time he was in the area.

We have been using Shine Squad for 2 years now and will continue to use them. I'm really weary of people coming onto my property but not with Shine Squad. I received a timely quote online after filling out a form with thorough questions, Anna then booked me the closest date. I received the day before a reminder email with instructions and Andrew came with his crew to perform the service. He was pleasant and professional.
