I am so very pleased with Maple Exterior. Serge was very professional, prompt, attentive, and reliable. He finished the job way ahead of the schedule. His workmanship is impeccable. The railings are so beautifully done, I wish I had done them many years ago. I had the wood railing which were blocking part of the ravine view.
I highly recommend their services and have already talked to my brother who is also considering using their services.

Were a competitive bid and provided a combination of aluminum railings and guards, alum and glass railings and an aluminum screen. Responsive, on-time and organized.

Serge completed this job quickly and efficiently. He always kept me informed of next steps, and did a good job cleaning up. I am quite pleased with the end result.

Serge and his team at Maple Exteriors were contracted to build a new deck in our backyard. The deck used PVC decking and aluminum and glass railings. His price was competitive with other quotes I received. He followed the plans that I had received from an architect. Serge was the only contractor who was willing to follow the plans as written. Other contractors suggested changes to the plans. My architect advised me that if a contractor is not willing to follow the plans, then he might cut corners in other areas.

We decided to used screw posts instead of concrete pilings. The advantage was that one of the screw posts hit an air pocket at the 6 foot depth, so it had to go down to the 10 foot depth. If we had used concrete pilings, that piling might have sunk over time, which might have caused our deck to sag.

We used PVC deck boards from AZEK so that it is maintenance free.

The cost was a little higher than we wanted to spend due to the increase in materials costs because of the pandemic. However, Serge was upfront with these costs and even showed me his materials costs bills.

We built the deck in April and have enjoyed using it all summer.

The workmanship was excellent and we are thrilled with our deck.

I contacted Maple Exteriors for a Patio Railing . They responded quickly , came did the measurements and showed me samples to choose from. We agreed on the job and they told me the manufacturing will take 4 to 5 weeks after which they came and installed the railing. The quality of the material and the job are high . The owners are highly professional, very cooperative and helpful. I strongly recommend them .

Serge and his team Marco, Michael & Jon arrived at or property, took down the Old Fence and removed Post & Cement. We have a tree that overtime some of the Branches had grown over the Old fence. They took the trouble to install the New Fence without cutting the branches of the tree and lowering the panels a little in that area to to accomidate the overhang and put less stress on the New Fence. YOU DON'T EVEN NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE. The workmanship and commitment to quality is exceptional and they work very well as a team. The work was also completed in a timely manor and minimal inconvenience to ourselves. My Wife and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Serge and his Team, what they did with the Fence is Exceptional. We would give them more than 10 rating as they are an Exceptional Team.
