Fabiano renovated our tired looking master bedroom and en-suite to be something out of a design magazine. Much like finding a good mechanic, one of the most important considerations for us was in finding a contractor that we could trust and there is no one better than Fabiano and his team. If there was anything we weren’t completely happy with during construction, Fabiano fixed it right away and even accommodated some changes to our design along the way without charging us extra. The job was completed on time and budget. As for quality of workmanship, the attached photos speak for themselves. We were so impressed with our bathroom that we’ve already hired Fabiano for our next project.

I am absolutely blown away by Fabiano and his team. Clear and transparent communication every step of the way. No surprises. Very accommodating of changes we wanted to make and all of our questions. Workers showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. The workmanship went above and beyond our expectations and the estimate was accurate and well below other companies we approached. We will definitely be using FV Renovations for our next project!

Entire condo's interior got remove, including the built-in closet to creat niches. Great work with the floor, kitchen cabinets, tiles, paints, HVAC and plumbing. Fabiano and his team are very friendly, they listen to your idea have give their professional recommendations. Definately will recommend them for future projectys

We were very impressed with Fabiano and his team from the very beginning of the engagement. They were punctual, great attention to detail, communicated well with us throughout, very respectful and tidy and were very knowledgeable in all aspects of the project. The suppliers they directed us to were excellent, and the quality of the work was very impressive (Ronaldo’s tile work was beautiful). We had some pretty bad water damage that Fabiano helped us repair. All of the contractors he brought in, flooring, painting, carpets did a fantastic and professional job. They were on time everyday, patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend FV Renovations.

We had ordered kitchen cabinets and they were scheduled to be installed in just a few weeks. Before that happened we needed to have the old kitchen dismantled and taken away, the old tile removed, new tiles installed, drywall repaired and walls painted. FV Renovations was recommended to us by friends who had a bigger renovation done a few months ago. Fabiano and his team did a great great job for us too. The work was finished on time, carried out with care (we were still living in our condo during the renovation), and the workmanship was excellent. We would be happy to have Fabiano and his team return for future work, and to recommend him to friends.

His team was very organized to get things done. The project had one day delay only, what did not affected at all the results. The work was started on time and finished within original timeline even though we added a big piece of work along the way. Fabiano was always open for communication. He answered all of our questions and explained options available to us. There were no hidden costs. We got a really good discount when we purchased tiles through Fabiano's store account.
