Prime Kitchen & Bath

On time on budget and super clean. End product far surpasses what I expected. Will definitely hire again. The smallest details were covered and any questions were answered promptly. He always showed up every day on time too. Lots too say anout that alone

This is the second time we have used Prime Kitchen & Bath. Tristan always does excellent work. He did bathroom reno's for us 1 1/2 yrs ago in our previous condo and they turned out beautifully. Everyone who saw the bathrooms not only commented on how nice they looked, but the quality workmanship.

Because I was having knee surgery, I needed a bathroom renovated to make a walk in shower accessible to me. I contacted Prime at very short notice to ask for a quote.

Tristan responded quickly and we had a quote within a couple of days. We gave him the go-ahead and within about week of the initial contact demolition had begun. The work was finished within a day or two of the estimated completion date, on budget.

Tristan had many good ideas and was ale to work independently (we were out of town for much of the time they were working). He and his crew were very pleasant to work with and cleaned up at the end of every work day. He was exceptionally responsive to questions when asked.

Overall it was a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Prime Kitchen and Bath again.

Tristan was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and provided a detailed one. He was quick to respond to all my email inquiries and was on time to set up the job (remove vinyl and install anti-fracture).

The tile setter was on time each day to lay the tile and grout. The tiling and grouting took a little longer than originally communicated (2 days to tile & 1 to grout, instead of 2) but the end result of the job was good and the price quoted was the price charged.

Would consider hiring again for future tiling jobs.

Tristan demonstrated both skill and attention to detail. Two reasons that I would choose him again: (1) willing to complete ancillary tasks, and (2) notified me about wear and tear issues that he found.

A great experience overall! We met with a handful of potential contractors but decided to choose Tristan as we wanted a hands on person who was easy to communicate with.
Our basement was finished but needed a redesigned layout as the furnace/hot water tank room was in the middle of the basement. Tristan spent more time than any of the other potential contractors to determine an accurate quote. While not the lowest quote, we felt he understood the job and provided a detailed enough quote that would avoid a surprise at the end.
He started the reno on time, finished on time (4 weeks) and on budget. As with any project this size, there were decisions to make along the way and Tristan always kept us informed. They were respectful of our home and trying to minimize the impact. I would definitely work with and would recommend Tristan.

Tristan renovated our Bathrooms from the original 32 yr old condition into new modern appealing luxury bathrooms. Tristan's work is impeccable and he uses quality materials. He is honest, reliable and works quickly. We would absolutely use Prime Kitchen & Bath again. Thanks Tristan!

Tristan did a fantastic job in our Kitchen. He was a great communicator (provided regular updates on progress), was extremely courteous in how he left the house while working (protective mats for floor, tools put away from danger from kids, and everything clean), and completed everything on time and budget. The work looks outstanding, and he had some great suggestions on how to complete some of the finishings. Very professional both in terms of how he worked, and the final product.

Work was scheduled and completed quickly. Contractor was very responsive and returned immediately when there were small touch-ups needed.
