Real Canadian Electric sent an employee to my rental property yesterday to perform some electrical work as required by the city of Calgary for a building permit on a legal basement suite. He was very professional and did a very good job.
As my tenant was there he was even more careful to and cleaned as he left.

Lower level of house, audio video centre build in and full paint and trim. Including electrical, custom wall section with shelves and AV component cabinet. Upgrade all trim and baseboards, replace storage area doors, paint trim, walls and ceiling.

I definitely recommend Real Canadian Electric. Terin is a very knowledgeable individual whom takes the time to go over your options and explain why he recommends what he does. He is tidy, very professional and does great work!

I’m so glad I called Real Canadian Electric! My bathroom ceiling fan died and I was so nervous it would cost a fortune to replace. The whole experience with Real Canadian was positive and my stress went away as soon as we did the initial assessment. Terin was kind, understood the problem right away and quoted me a very reasonable price. He replaced the ceiling fan, swapped a switch for an outlet and replaced the GFCI in the bathroom. The whole project took about two hours and Terin went over the work with me afterwards so that I understood what had been done. He was thorough and left the work area clean when he was done. He’s a very friendly and professional person and I’m completely happy with the work he did. I’ll be recommending Real Canadian Electric to any of my friends who need electrical work!

I hired them to install a camera system. It was a complex situation but they were able to handle it no problem. They did some other projects for me at the house as well. They are always on time and professional.

Terin was very professional, talented and efficient electrician in his diagnostic of an AC GFI problem on my holiday trailer as well as a GFI problem in my home. We brought Terin in to replace our electrical panel in our new house. As we were moving and sorting out possession dates we had very few openings and availabilities and Terin was incredibly flexible with our schedule. He was punctual, organized, and very clean (he put on booties without us even having to ask). The quality of the installation is high and the cable management is neat. It was a very big job and Terin finished ahead of schedule. We liked his work so much that we have already planned to schedule future work with him.
