He was NOT the lowest quote but the most knowledgeable, professional and only contractor that went up on the roof to inspect the chimney and provide different options. His pricing was the best of three quotes we obtained to rebuild the top part of our chimney and complete parging around the perimeter of the house.

Niall was awesome! He came out to my place to attach a chimney cap, to a chimney that raccoons had moved into. The price was very fair. Everything was fine until a few days later the raccoons pulled off the chimney cap and threw it off the roof. I asked Niall to come back, and he did so and fixed some wire mesh to the chimney cap to hold it in place, all free of charge.
