NF Masonry

Niall at NF Masonry responded same day when contacted to inspect the leak in our chimney and came next day. Niall went up to the roof and inspected the chimney, gave us a brief description of what he saw and what he would do to repair. Quote for the repair came same day. The other 4 companies contacted came by and provided quotes, no other company when to the roof for an evaluation. NF Masonry was not the lowest quote but we felt most comfortable with the way they dealt with us and decided to use them. Work was scheduled to be done, got to our house on time, performed the work discussed, looked after debris and clean up, all was done same day with pictures to confirm work. Must say we are extremely happy with the work NF Masonry performed and how they went about their business - pros!

Naill is the best, I called a couple of chimney masonry and repair companies. Naill was the only one to come and inspect the issue himself and provided his word that he would be back. He came this morning and quickly repaired the missing chimney pot. He also repaired and secured the other pot that is no longer in use to ensure it will not fall in a storm.

Niall repaired our chimney and it looks terrific. Niall was the only mason who went up on our roof to access the chimney (other masons quoted from the ground). He gave us options when he quoted for the job. He found replacement brick very similar to our existing brick (60's house).

Niall was professional from the time he provided the estimate to completion of the job. Approx. 25 to 30 Bricks had to be replaced. The site was left clean, Carlton even hosed everything down to get rid of all the dust. I would highly recommend.
