DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE> showed up 5 hours late and with an 18ft truck when i was promised a 26ft truck. Had to fight for a 5% discount for my trouble. Office staff are rude - Michelle, SImba and Thea. Customer service does not matter to these people! ONLY $$$

Metropolitan Movers know their business and they were extremely friendly to deal with. They helped us move everything swiftly and carefully and checked in at every step of the process to make sure that the move went smoothly. It is easy to find a moving company, but very tough to find a caring & good one like Metropolitan. The cost was comparable to a smaller moving company with fewer men, so it was very worth it. We were very satisfied and will definitely use again.

Movers were booked for 8am. We made many calls to them and after being put on hold numerous times we finally had someone show up at 6pm. Thank goodness the people moving into our house were patient. I would recommend to everyone not to use this company. You will be left hanging.

We have considered whether to rent a hauling truck and do it ourselves or hire movers. We opted for pro movers and very glad we did so. Metropolitan worked their magic in less than 3 hours, what might have taken us 2 days to do, so it was worth every dollar! We moved to a 3rd floor apartment with narrow hallways and no easy parking, yet they managed to make it work faultlessly and kept a good attitude the whole time. the overall quality of the service was second to none.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I just moved into my apartment and I had a lot of heavy furniture to move. They were very friendly and took great care of my belongings. Nothing was missing or damaged. I couldn't be happier with their service. Trust me, the next time I move I will call them again!

Very impressive! Extremely efficient, timely, and polite. Very friendly both in person and on the phone, and careful with my things. They are not the first moving company I had to deal with, but will definitely be the only ones I will call when the time comes.

Last may, my brother called me to hep him finding a great moving company for june 30, (he has no time to do it himself).So, I read many reviews before calling Metropolitain Movers in Montreal's office for a quote and a reservation.

On june 30, the big truck arrived near 10am and the guys started moving every box, apparel etc... in a certain order.
Metropolitain Movers are very professional. Additionally to the services they offer, they're very friendly with us. They even did an extra care in moving my brother's big sewing-machine.

In about 2 hours, all was done very professionally and we moved all together (them by truck and us by car).

Same great service at the new address by those movers.

We appreciated every hour with them.

No stress with our next movings! We'll return to Metropolitain Movers and use them again.

This was my second time using Metropolitan Movers and it was great. Moved all of my stuff from a 3 bedroom apartment on a 19th floor to a 2 storage units with the help of them about a week ago. Both of my moves were incredibly intense with too many different things and the guys did such a fantastic job. They arrived on time, gave me advance notice, and were generally just really pleasant and hard working. No issues at all. Their communication, attitude, motivation, everything… everything was professional and great! Glad to have used their services.
