I had Rob and his team renovate my entire basement including an amazing new washroom, a bar area, removing walls and installing beams in their place and new flooring and trim everywhere. I couldn't be happier with my home when they were finished, and love he attention to detail everywhere. Nothing was rushed or looked past, they took the time to do everything properly, every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Our renovations included the complete demolishing and rebuilding of a main bathroom (with tub and shower) and a smaller ensuite bathroom, the replacement of nine interior doors, and the replacement of baseboards in three bedrooms, four closets and a hallway. Rob and Tyrone did an excellent job in all respects. Their workmanship was top-notch with fine attention to detail, they clearly explained our options and provided many helpful ideas and suggestions, they were neat and clean, and their prices were very reasonable. They are also trustworthy, easygoing and friendly people! I would happily hire them again and would highly recommend them to others (and already have!).

Rob renovated our upstairs main bathroom and created a laundry room/shower/bathroom in our basement from a space that was unfinished in 2011. He worked with us to help design the space and guided us with options that would maximize the use of the space. They were creative and able to work in our basement with low ceilings and uneven floors (a small space in a small 1920's semi-detached home). They were flexible, patient and accommodating when we added or changed a few things in the scope of work. The workman ship was high quality, especially the finishing touches such as perfect dry-walling and tiling. The project ran a little longer than expected but they worked long hours and weekends at the end to finish as quickly as possible so we could move back into our home. I would recommend Norwood General Contracting and hire them again.

Recently I was shopping around for a Contractor to help me finish my basement project, a few contractors came with quotes but Rob from Norwood was the most informative and knowledgeabe one. Rob took the time to explain every process in detail including time line, project design and materials. The price quoted from Norwood was not cheap, I spent around $16000 for hardwood floor, kitchen ceramic 2x4 tiles, beautiful marble slab bathroom floor and shower tiles installe. Norwood pays great attention to details. I will definitely recommend Norwood for your next home renovation, because I know I will.
