Just Clean Windows

I e-mailed several contractors here regarding eavestrough cleaning, of the leaky eavestrough joints, installation of a new downspout, and some ivy removal in late Nov on my elderly mother's house. The other contractors wouldn't do the job as it was too cold for caulking.

Andrew of Just Clean Windows And Doors responded and showed up a day later, Nov 22nd. I thought that he would give a free estimate, but he insisted on doing the job right then and demanded full payment for it, claiming that he came all the way from Mississauga just for this job. My elderly mother gave him a posted-date cheque, which he disliked.

He came on Dec 11th to do some caulking on the roof and some eavestrough cleaning. He said he would return to do the rest of the work (caulking the eavestrough joints, ivy removal, and the downspout installation), but he said that the snow on the roof prevented him from completing the work, as it was too dangerous. So he still hasn't returned, despite my mother leaving numerous voicemail messages. He just took the $675 and ran. The eavestrough corner still leaks right above the front door, creating hazardous conditions for my elderly mother.

I had been calling him and so has my mother for weeks, but he keeps avoiding our calls. She finally had to call him on a payphone and then he answered. He assured her in several phone calls that he would show up on Fri, Jan 26th to do the remaining work, but he never showed up. He showed up a few days later, but he said he did not have a heat gun, so he could not do the job that day. He never returned after that.

Please never ever enter into contract with this company. They take advance amd never deliver proper service. He took money for the season and only cleaned our snow 2 times and when we asked for reimbursement he refused to pay our money back. I would call this company fraud!
Be aware they also do other service during the year so do not engage with them for anything.

The experience with this company has been amazing. From their prompt service, right to their promise to deliver was over the top. They beat any competitors price by over 30%. I am more than happy with the results. Andrew is a true professional and I want to thank him and his team of guys that worked tiredly to get it perfect. This is definitely not the end, I will be using this company for all my property needs and am recommending just clean to every single person. This may be a small company but they deliver big time!! Eaves troughs had to be cleaned and gutter guards installed. Very thorough job done on both parts. No hesitation in using this company for future projects

Reviews were great so we went with this company. Man on the phone (Andrew) quoted me 20 dollars less than what i was billed for the day of. When I requested to cancel bc of large difference of price and being quoted wrongfully i was told it was a 50 dollar cancelation charge. Needless to say, I went ahead with it.
They did a horrible job. I still had streaks everywhere and they didnt finish the job. They didnt have a ladder tall enough for a certain window. How are you a window cleaning company with no such ladder? I was told they would return to finish it and it has been almost 2 months now. I have reached out to this company twice but still no response.
I have never in my life seen such carelessness and unprofessional dealings.

This company is on time, efficient and professional. Happy of the work Just Clean performed at my house and the way they left the site clean and free of any debris. Good people to deal with.

Very accommodating. I am having renos so they came and cleaned my outside windows and gutters and have scheduled to come back for inside after the renos finish. Very inpressed they would do that.

Very prompt response, team came in the very next day and did a great job. A few windows were not as good as I'd hoped, but they will be redone without my even having to ask for it!
