Halton Handyman

The job I thought was going well to remove two sides of my deck as we are getting a hot tub replacement. I came out when I sensed they were almost finished and they had knocked an exterior speaker off the side of my house - I wasn't pleased to say the least. The Halton Handyman's response to my displeasure "it's a mistake man, we'll look at it" and I told him they better do more than look at it. Yeah, well they didn't put it back on properly and he pretty much didn't give a damn. It was a struggle to get a receipt and he had failed to show up the day he was supposed to and never emailed our copy of our contract before hand. Do what you like if you need a handyman, but I will never hire this guy again and I would not recommend him to any of my friends based on our experience.

Irfan (not sure of spelling) was very polite and professional. It was only because I didn't purchase the correct hardware that he had to come back a second when I got the right stuff.

I found Halton handyman through a google search, and spoke to Yasser within minutes. I needed drywall repair done that week, and even though he was booked up, he made time to come out and give me a quote. His pricing was very reasonable, and did a flawless job with the drywall patch. Great communication, professional experience. Will definitely work with Yasser again!

This is the second time we have hired Yassir. And we would do it a third time. He has done drywall replacement and patching in our newly renovated kitchen. And he's also reinforced and replaced drywall in our basement where we had a foundation leak. His quality of work is solid. You can't tell where any of the seems are. And we were to see he cleaned up and vacuumed the drywall dust from the project. Most importantly, he's just a really nice contractor to work with.

Bathroom ceiling was flaking due to moisture and needed to be scraped and repaired. Bathroom walls, door and trim were also repainted.

We hired Yassar for painting our home, upgrading light fixtures, installing backsplash, and painting our baseboards/casings. Yassar was very professional throughout the whole process and did phenomenal work within our budget. He explained everything to us very clearly as this was our first time getting this type of work completed and walked us through the process. He is very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. He finished our project well within our time frame. He exceeded all of our expectations! Thank you again Yassar!

Finally! After a long search I found Yasser who installed bedroom closet doors (had to build a door jamb into a rough opening) and construct an enclosure to hide an electrical panel located in a finished basement. Yasser did an excellent job. His work is professional, on time and best of all worked within my budget. He left the work area in clean condition. I will be calling on Yasser to quote on my next project.
