My balcony had considerable wood rot and needed to be mostly replaced. This was a job that was done in a very timely manner with very friendly qualified workers. I would recommend this company, I am extremely happy with the job.

Manalco did a great job for a reasonable price, including a problem with wood rot on the balcony. I've used them before for other jobs like garage doors and capping and they don't disappoint.

We were extremely happy with the job that Manalco did for us. The siding profile we put on the front of the house was a somewhat different design and it was done exactly the way we envisioned it.
Larry and Kevin were very helpful through the process and Rich who did the install went the extra mile to get it the way we wanted it.

We wanted to expand our basement windows for light and egress. They needed to cut foundation to accomplish this. The work was done quickly and to a very high quality. They sectioned the job so they could get all the indoor work done first and then come back and finish the outdoor work with minimal interruption to our schedule. The windows, interior trim, exterior finish, and window wells were all finished to a very high quality. The new windows let in so much more light, they exceeded our expectations. Overall the job looks great and we are extremely pleased with the work.

In stalled new pillars and saved us on new material he was a treasure to work with i could not ask for a better person to work with

1 word OUTSTANDING!!! Right from the start of the quote to the job being finished Kevin and his crew were AMAZING!! The quality is incredible and the workmanship is the best I have ever seen!
