I called several companies before I decided on Pest Zone to treat the carpet beetle problem in my condo unit. Gancy is great - he is responsive and experienced, and he patiently answered my many questions. You can tell he cares about his business and customers and wants to resolve your pest problem. He also provides a 6 month warranty which is reassuring. I liked knowing he would be the one to do the actual treatment rather than someone I hadn't talked to yet.

He came to treat as soon as I was available (Saturday appointment no problem, and during the holiday season). He was on time and worked quickly. He also came back a few weeks later to put down some more product because I was still seeing some live bugs (but many bugs had died, so I knew what he was doing was working). It's been over three months now and so far so good! I will not hesitate to call him again if I have any issues, and I will recommend him to my family/friends. Thank you Gancy!

I’ve used this company over the past few years. For mice removal at my previous home and again for carpenter ants. The service is excellent and Gancy was very helpful. He keeps his word about the warranty!

Amazing service - Gancy was very knowledgeable and guaranteed his work. We called around and no one really gave us a warranty for their work. Gancy was efficient and was very kind.

Used twice now. First time Gancy laid out lots of rat poison in those big safe boxes to control the many...many rats around my new house and coming from the field out back. Good for two years. Then they returned as Rats will do. I killed 27 this time around BEFORE giving up and calling in the pro, to give you an idea of the scope of this problem. So Gancy Reloaded the poison again. That should take care of the rats. This will likely be ongoing as the whole city seems flooded with Rats. Fast, efficient and prompt service. Both times He's been out 1 day after I called, that is very rare these days and it is both noticed and appreciated.
