In mid-December I started to hear rumblings in my attic. It sounded like there was something crawling around (likely mice). It got me sick thinking what was lurking around up there and I was losing sleep over all of the noise. Someone at work had recommended Pest Zone and I gave Gancy a call.

Gancy showed up same day, within 2hrs of my call. He did a full sweep of the house, top to bottom. Gancy looked in the basement, garage, all rooms, and in the attic. He concluded that we had a potential mice situation (I don't want to call it an infestation), but we talked through his assessment before committing to any work. He talked briefly about the possible entry points and what work he was suggesting to carry out.

We mutually agreed on the approach and price and he got started. He targeted all floors of the house with special focus on the attic. He used a click-locked black box that in certain target areas.

My issue was that the sound in the attic continued and when I called Gancy he was responsive and back at addressing the problem.

In the summer of 2017, I started noticing some cockroaches in my kitchen. They would be either crawling on the clean dishes on the drying rack or inside the dishwasher. I was really upset by this as I try to maintain my house as clean as possible and had absolutely no idea where they came from. It was so upsetting to the point where I did not even want to step near my kitchen or cook.

After doing some research, I saw reviews on Homestars and decided to call Gancy. He came by in October 2017 right before we went on a three week vacation. He explained that it was either in the bag or on a product and we accidentally brought it home with us. He even gave us some tips on prevention. After the next few days, we would wake up and find dead cockroaches here and there. After coming back from vacation, we are happy to say that we have been cockroach free! I can finally enjoy using my kitchen again and not worry about seeing a cockroach. Gancy also has a 6 month guarantee. When I reached out this Pest control guys, I got immediate response and scheduled appointment so soon in this holiday season Gancy done the job and he is so nice n courteously answered all my queries !
