Gancy arrived when he said he would arrive. He was courteous and explained everything what he planned to do. We saw many carpenter ant carcasses after the job. The price was a bit lower than the other company we used in the past so seems to be priced well. I would recommend Pest Zone.

Gancy came by cause I heard loud noises in the wall. He recommended a pest control company but when doing his investigation found mice and carpenter ants. He showed me the evidence and I paid for his services. Very knowledable and likable guy. I see dead carpenter ants every day since he sprayed and no mice since he installed his poison around the house. Best part... He guarantees his services for 8 months. Always answers his phone or calls back right away.

Gancy came in to treat a Carpenter Ant issue and ended up tackling several the population control of several different insects that are very common in mature wooded neighbourhood by the lake such as our property. He sprayed the inside and outside perimeter and was answered all my questions regarding how the treatment would impact the bug issue overtime. I am happy to say that his work is working thus far and I am seeing less carpenter ants attempting to enter from the outside trees in the area. His is also very knowledgeable and has a good warranty which I am thankful for as these guys can be very persistent and might re-appear later in the season.

I would like to express my gratitude to Gancy for his solid professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. My backyard has been recently afflicted with wasps and though they do not pose much danger their presence is a major inconvenience. Gancy explained his pricing on the phone and assured me that he will find the hive himself. Unfortunately the source was traced to my neighbor’s property and Gancy did not charge me anything because the problem was not fully rectified. I highly recommend Gancy and will definitely work with him again regarding all related problems.

Gancy was very knowledgeable person.He showed us where the mice entry points were and sealed it. He set up black boxes and explained the process in detail. He is a honest person.
Everything was very smooth and easy from setting up the appointment and coming on time and completing the job which was done right.
The infestation was small and he also suggested next steps.
He was able to accommodate us on the same day . I am very satisfied with the job and I have also started to see changes .

Gancy was great. Very thorough in explaining the problem and what he was going to do. He was very accommodating when I had to change the appointment last minute. I had a large brand name company come in and spray multiple times with no success. Gancy stands behind his work.

Pest-Zone was very quick to assist me in an extermination of ants. I had a lot of questions regarding the extermination and the products used in the process because I have two young kids and was pretty paranoid but Gansy assured me it's 100% safe and my kids would not be harmed.
