High Energy Transport is a moving company that made my moving day a successful stress free experience.
The crew was efficient, hard working, dedicated and professional. Pierre the owner of the company came out to help the crew led by Sean who
directed Andrew, Paolo and Andrew to carry out the tasks of dismantling, wrapping and loading and unloading without any difficulty.
Aside from their hard work, what stood out the most was how polite and well mannered all of the crew was. I would definitely recommend High Energy Transport
to take care of all your moving needs.

Overall, junk removal was done properly but this is one of the most expensive junk removal services you can find in the GTA. I had a bathroom recently demolished and it cost me $866 to get rid of it. Almost everything was bagged already and left on the driveway. Aside from that, they lifted the shower base (already detached) from the bathroom and also pieces of wood from demolition left near the bags and put them in the truck.

The Good:
Their crew was professional and friendly. I was told they'd show up Saturday between 9:30-10:30 AM but they came around 9:15 AM which is OK. It's better be early than late.

The bad:
I was told the crew would give me an estimate upon arrival which did not happen.
I was told the customer service would let me know the total before charging my credit card which did not happen. They were actually quick to charge my card and called me after.
I had tried a couple of times to change the appointment to a later time on the same they but I was told the only time slot available was 9:30-10:30 AM. However, the crew told me I was their only customer for that day.
The ugly:
They held $1000 on my credit card before the service was delivered which means lack of trust. Overall, 1/8th of the truck was filled but since they charge per weight, the service cost me way more than I expected. I had to trust them with the total weight but could not verify the trust. Complaining to their customer service and speaking with the owner of the company did not bear any fruit.

Be careful when using a junk removal service which charges per weight. They are not like most of the other service that charge per truck load size which you can verify once the junk is loaded to the truck.

Super friendly and professional. Made our move simple and painless. Great value and communication. I would highly recommend High Energy to anyone.

Leo, and his team at High Energy were able to help me move my upright piano from my mom's house to mine. The fact that they also moved pianos came as bit of a surprise to me as this is a very delicate instrument and requires lots of care in transporting. The men arrived on time, were fast, efficient, and very careful. The move was a success, and I was left extremely happy with their service. I would highly recommend High Energy Transport for all your moving and storage needs! They really do "Moving just right"!

I would like to thank the 3 men that came and helped with our move. I called this company and Leo came and reviewed the size of the home and the items to be moved, he presented a quote in a very short time. Quote was reasonable priced and fair. On the day of the move everything was done carefully with blankets wrapped around furniture. Items that needed disassembly were taken care of and reassembled in the new location. On the way they picked up few times from storage. Helped getting some old furniture on the curbside.

High Energy Transport Inc. came in on very short notice to quote on and undertake ALL of the work involved in packing and storing my apartment contents. They were also contracted to bring these contents to a new location and unpack them at a later date.

All aspects of the work undertaken by Pierre and his crews were accomplished with excellence and within the agreed upon time frame. The workers assigned were trained to perform efficiently and to provide excellent customer care. They asked me frequently about my preferences and were patient with my uncertainties.

This was indeed a very positive moving experience and I would happily and without hesitation recommend High Energy to anyone with a need for their services.

Moving is stressful enough... High Energy came with rave reviews and I wanted someone who would deliver on their promises without adding to the stress of the move. Although they were more expensive than a few other quotes they were well worth it! In fact, because they moved me in less time than quoted I was getting some money back!! Who does that?!
The team was courteous, efficient, fast, and careful. I would absolutely and enthusiastically recommend High Energy to anyone looking for a moving company with integrity!
