Express Appliance Repair

The job was 5 days late (from an in person estimate when a part would arrive), requiring numerous calls on my bahalf to schedule a return visit. I wasn't informed on when to expect the repair to happen. Poor expectation setting.

Mayor was the name of the repair tech. He went over and above what he needed to do. Explained every step of the way and did an excellent job. He was very kind and honest with explaining to me what the situation was with my dishwasher. Thank u Mayor u r excellent

Our oven died on Dec 23. They came on the 24th and we needed 2 parts. They were avle to get the parts and install them on Dec 29. They saved us as we have a new years eve party with 40 people! Thank you so much!

Called ahead, explained what was broken. Had to replace pump which was my fault. Great job!

I booked an appointment, and the service worker came a full day early. then the next day he came at the arranged time. I believe he quoted us $227.00 15 minutes later he was done and it was $327.00. I asked for receipt he said he would email it to me. I never received the receipt. I have emailed the company but no response.

Dryer has stop making the loud noise but he said the part cost $60 so labor seemed excessive.

We were very happy with Maor's work. He completed the work in a timely manner. His diagnosis of the problem was correct and the stove is now working. We are now looking forward to a very happy Christmas dinner.
