Russ with GutterMedik was amazing! Here is my story from today.
Early this morning I saw Russ having a chat with my neighbor and I approached him after they were done talking. I mentioned that, I too, needed repairs on my eavestroughs and rotting facia and could he possibly give me a quote sometime?
I was honest and told him I had been shopping around for companies and was actually waiting for more quotes to come in. Since he was already there, he could take a look and provide a quote.
Russ came across the street and gave me his honest opinion. I mentioned there was rotting facia and that we thought it needed to be replaced. After the inspection of the facia he said that it wasn't rotting at all! It just needs a fresh coat of paint where the water, from the many leaking corners, peeled it off.
Since Russ was already working at my neighbors house today, when that job was complete, he could start the repairs at our house too. I have to say... I was thrilled!
No more waiting, and best of all, no more slipping on the sidewalk in the winter from leaking corners.

Next day service was nice. Negotiated a fair price for the extra dish removal that I requested. Gutters left clean plus some caulking to joints was a nice surprise. Everything was left tidy. Great value!

Russ's cleaning of the eavestrough was very efficient and he spent time cleaning up debris, etc. once the job was completed - a nice touch! We chose Guttermedik to clean and fix anything required with our eve troughs. We were very impressed with the friendly, efficient and knowledgeable work done by Russ. He noticed that we had five places where there were leaks and needed seals replaced. There was a lot of material laying in the eve troughs from a new roof being replaced a few years ago and it was all removed. The side eve troughs were moved from the fence to the side of the house and a new downspout was also installed. Since our eve troughs were cleaned and fixed we have noticed that all water flows freely now when it rains. The cleanup after the work was finished was phenomenal! We also appreciate that the work is guaranteed for two years so if there are any problems they will be fixed without charge. We would highly recommend Guttermedik for any and all work required.

Three gutter runs and associated downspouts were cleaned - a second story run on a low pitch membrane roof and a first story run on a metal roof beneath, and a first story run on a high pitch metal gable roof. The second story run had excessive leaf and vine debris with clogged downspouts. Photos were taken of gutter run debris before work began, and of the water-proof conditions around the protruding chimney, duct pipes and vent equipment on the high second story membrane roof. The work was done professionally and courteously - no trampled flower beds or debris left on the patio below. We would definitely use Guttermedik again and recommend them to others.

Responding to an ad in the weekly publication 'Good Morning News', I contacted Gutter Medik by phone and discussed my leaking eavestrough corners. Russ came and quoted me on cleaning and repairing the leaks. Excellent pricing. When he came to do the actual work a few days later, he was remarkably honest and told me I didn't need as much work as originally thought. He actually billed me LESS than the agreed upon quote and guaranteed the work. Terrific guy, terrific bunch. Really impressed and will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
