The original eavestrough on our house needed to be replaced since it hadn't been properly installed. Russell gave a very reasonable estimate and finished the job in a few days. Russell was easy to work with and the quality of his work was very good, there were no more leaks. A few weeks later we asked Russell to install additional Leaf guards for us. He was fast and efficient and did a great job and we were very pleased with his workmanship. Thanks Russell.

Our villa residences were left with eaves trough deficiencies when the installer we hired went out of business. Gutter Medik was one of the few companies that showed up to assess the job and provided a quote within a few days. Russ was great to work with by providing assessments and advice for each unit and in explaining issues and options to unit owners. He was friendly and patient with everyone. Russ offered advice about proper drainage and spotted problems no one else noticed. He really came through for our villas by working later in the season, on a large number of units, so we weren't left with water on our walkways that would be hazardous after freezing. Upon completion of the job, his invoices provided details about each unit which are important to the condo association and for the warranty offered by Gutter Medik. I will certainly call on Russ again for future jobs and will happily recommend his services to others.

Russell was wonderful to work with. He was spot-on with his timing, service, quality of work and general attitude. He replaced and moved some gutters that were damaged due to the hail storm. His work was impeccable. And even when we added to the scope of work for the project, he was very patient and gracious about it. Would definitely recommend Guttermedik for any gutter work. Other companies, booked appointments with us but never showed and if they did show, they never sent us quotes. But Guttermedik was on top of everything and performed the entire project to our complete satisfaction!

Russ was on time and went right to work fixing all the leaking joints in my gutters (11 total). No problem fixing the ones 3 stories above the ground on the back of the house. He also cleaned out the gutters that had accumulated shingle rock. About 2 hours in total. Good value for the money and would definitely use again. He stands by his work and would come back out if a leak persisted but I haven't noticed any yet.
