I was skeptical with this company at first and inquired for pricing at a few different companies on HomeStars because although the review ratings were generally positive, there weren't enough reviews for me to fully trust the company and its quality of work. Although nervous at first, I decided to give them a try anyway since the rep on the phone was very nice and seemed genuine. He also told me the company was having a discount at the moment so I can get the same service done at a better rate since they are a newer company. The rep was very good and scheduled me in 2 days after. I appreciated the fast service booking since my AC at home happened to be broken and we wanted to clean the ducts before getting the AC repaired. I scheduled the appointment and he had a one hour window for the techs to come.

Singh and Sharma arrived right on time and didn't even use the 1 hour buffer given. My mom didn't speak English fluently so they were nice enough to wait for me to get home to start the work. I really appreciate this!!

Once I got home, they were both very trained and you know they work well as a team because they both got to work doing their own things immediately. Sharma and Singh both explained to me what would be done and showed me physically as well. I was able to watch them as they performed the service and I am exceptionally pleased. I originally only asked for a service in duct cleaning... but I ended up adding a few jobs such as dryer vent cleaning, humidity filter cleaning, central vacuum cleaning and disinfecting of the vents. They performed EVERYTHING well and it was thoroughly done. Examples of how thorough they were (which previous duct cleaning company didn't do) was they went through ALL vents, even the ones that are against the wall and had to be taken out by screws. Singh taped the main vent in the furnace room so that no air could possibly escape. The previous company didn't do this!

All in all, I learned so much from both of them today it was incredible. They took the time to explain to me all my questions and were professional about it. I am so impressed that I am without a doubt going to pass the words to my friends and colleagues.

Also, I found out about how this company works - and they reward their staff for doing a good job (with bonuses) when customers are satisfied. I think this is great as it is a "win-win" for all and they are more inclined to do the job well. This was clearly the case!!! I highly recommend this company. Singh and Sharma was excellent! Singh and his partner arrived on time and did a great job doing even beyond what I would expect them to do. Everything was explained in advance pros and cons detailed and they managed to go around every problem they found in my place. We have two furnaces and some not so usual situations that were quite well handled by them.
I'll for sure call them again in 3 years.
Don't let the price fool you. It may not have been the cheapest one but it was not the most expensive also. We're talking about 3 dryer vents, A/C and 2 furnaces systems

I was very satisfied with the worker they explain the task demonstrat how they would cleaned the duck while cleaning the duck they noticed that the furnace need cleaning. I will recommend them to my friends overall it was a pleasure meeting and again i so happy with service and also with the gentleman

Mr. Singh and his team did a great job cleaning the junks out of our air duct. They came on time and they were very professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We needed our ducts cleaned after recent renovation work. The company responded quickly and were able to fit us in at short notice over a weekend so it was convenient for us. Ali and his colleague were highly attentive and explained the and showed us the process they used, all very transparent. They also provided excellent advice on the dryer vent and the humidifier, giving us valuable technical guidance and making minor adjustments as well as doing a great job on the duct cleaning and disinfectant. A very rewarding experience and I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and respectful company to deal with, very thorough helpful and informative. A company that tries hard to ensure that you will be satisfied with their service asking sensible questions about what you are requesting.
I felt confident that we’re doing a good job as they show photographs before and after of their work along with an explanation of what they were doing and why.
I had forgotten about the dryer duct which was pointed out as a fire hazard as it has collected lots of fluff inside.
I appreciated this as it could have been dangerous.

Ali and team came by were professional and friendly did a great job cleaning our ducts we have 3 cars and a dog so need a good clean. They were courteous, friendly I. The manner you would think they were owners they were that invested and professional. Would hire them again

I had my ducts cleaned by Delicatus 2 weeks ago. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. My house smells amazing now and the air quality has improved tremendously. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned. Thanks guys, I'll be calling you in 2 years! :)
