We highly recommend A&E masonry and landscaping because Thaine was efficient He came right away to assess the job gave us a good quote and did the job on time -
The brick on my moms chimney was deteriorating so was the front of the house. We were worried that water would get into the home. Thaine did a very good job.

Thane of A&E Masonry did a great job of demolishing my old and unsafe porch etc and building a new porch, stairs and pathway out of two colours if grey stone. He did a great job and the colour goes so well with the predominantly red brick of the house. It came in on budget and on time and I will deff hire him again.

Thane reached out to me regarding a repair I posted about on Homestars. My husband and I needed some brick replaced on the exterior of our home as it was broken and cracked, as well as some sealing around our door frame.

He was the first one to reach out (super fast response!), and was willing to come and take a look at what needed to be done, without my husband and I being available as we both had Covid at the time.

He was super responsive, easy to work with, managed to source the brick we needed to match what we currently have, and got it done in a timely manner, even when we were out of town! We never got the chance to meet Thane in person, unfortunately, but that just goes to show how reliable and trustworthy he was.

I asked for a quote and Thane got back to me that day.
He arrived promptly, at a specified time, the following day. After asking several questions about colour, size and any other requirements that I might have, he was able to give me a quote and completion time frame.
The job was completed on time. Everything was left clean and tidy. He blocked the steps so that no one would use them for 24 hours.
Thane also discussed proper winter care.
I was impressed with the extra attention he took.

We called thane to repair some cracking and peeling foundation around our front door. He gave us an unbeatable quote on the spot. We started taking about some shabby work our pool company did on some stairs and Thane said he could also take that job on and make it right. Also gave a quote on site. Thane showed up on schedule and did both jobs and beat our expectations. Pretty hard these days to find the whole package.Shows up early, does high quality work, cleans up after himself all at a unbeatable price.

Our porch had brick and concrete damage and Thane gave us a quote and was able to come and repair it in a timely fashion. He was able to repair it perfectly and it was in our budget as well. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing quality masonry work done!

Some bricks at the back of the house were breaking apart and a couple of sills on the windows were all but gone. Thane came in and said he would replace them, give me new sills and offered to fix up the foundation on two corners of the house. The brick was old and no longer available but he found a close match and honestly you can hardly tell the difference unless you knew where to look. Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him . Good work ethic ( cleans up after himself) Thank you very much Thane!

Saw Thane doing work across the road- workmanship and quality looked good. Asked him for a quote-he gave me one immediately and I agreed to get the work done.
He came over when he completed the job across the street and in a few hours work was completed on my chimney in addition sealed a section that was not part of the original scope. Clean and cleaned up the area as well .
