FIRST CLASS SERVICE ALL THE WAY!

I had my outside windows and screens cleaned early this week, not the insides because of Covid restrictions. Jacob asked if and when I had last cleaned them because they looked pretty good. No, I replied. They were last done by you in the spring of 2019!!! Whatever CTHRU is cleaning the windows with, let me tell you it works!!! Once again, they were crystal clear like mirrors and the outside frames were free of winter yuck! The service is just as good as it always was. Jacob doesn't miss a thing! He's a perfectionist. I told him he could put the CTHRU sign on my lawn any time. Can't wait to get him back in the fall to clean the eavestroughs. SO worth the money and SO affordable! Highly recommend.

I'm sorry to hear there were some spots left after drying. Unfortunately, sometimes that happens. We always leave the job by saying, if you notice anything that doesn't dry right, please notify us so we can come back and fix that for you.

After reaching out to you after this review it seems you remembered you were told that but you declined having a technician come to fix the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope we can do better next year.

CTHRU did an excellent job is washing our windows. He was on time, the appointment was for between 12 and 1 and he showed up at 12 ready to go. He was friendly, did a fantastic job. He even mentioned if we were not satisfied in any way to call and they would rectify. I would definitely use them again and do recommend them.
