Had all his own material and tools. Was respectful and polite. Worked well and quickly. Did a double check to ensure all was clean and went over any adjustments or concerns.

Jacob responded promptly to my email request and arrived as scheduled. His work was excellent, we had all our windows (inside and out) and screens cleaned. Jacob is professional and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. I would definitely ask Jacob to work with us again.

We had developed a large icicle dripping from the eaves over a solarium window - all of this over a period of days leading up to Christmas! Thinking that the eaves might be full of leaves, I called several eaves cleaners to see if they would consider coming out after Christmas if the weather warmed up. Sure enough, the temperature went up to 10C and Jacob called me, came out, cleaned out the eaves and did a great job! A BIG Thanks! What a guy!

I would highly recommend CTHRU for eaves cleaning--very reasonably priced and efficient. I did notice some of the leaves got blown into my neighbour's yard but perhaps some of that can't be helped with a leaf blower. All in all I was very pleased with their work.

We were searching for a local company to clean our eavestroughs and found CTHRU. There were many other positive reviews - a good sign. Jacob was quick to respond to our call and arrived at the appointment on time. He was so courteous, professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely be a repeat customer.
