Landco was a great help in completing our basement renovation. They were willing to go the extra mile and ensured to get everything completed on schedule. I would hire them again!

Painted the main feature wall, including the others. Touched up the fireplace and entry feature walls, replaced trim around balcony, fireplace and in storage room. Also fixed balcony door, removed blinds and replaced. Installed new dishwasher and disposed of all one, as well as took furniture to dump too. Amazingly everything was done in hours!! Cost includes all the materials/ supplies needed and labour. Friendly, great quality and affordable service!

I considered 4 contractors to renovate my basement. I chose Landco Living because I had a good first impression from the team and also they came in at lowest price. The front and back yards both needed to be brought up to grade. There was very little maintenance done previous to their arrival, and there were overgrown shrubs, debris (wood & gravel), bricks, dirt patches (missing grass) throughout both areas. LANDcoLIVING cleaned up, re-graded and installed new sod. They were professional, organized and tidy throughout the job and kept in communication when unforeseen delays arose. I already plan to have them back next year to replace the fence!

We had our front porch starting to settle which resulted in the porch starting to shift. We had other companies look at our porch and give us estimates. The other companies were giving us estimates that seemed very out of line charging us very high prices for the work. My fiancé started searching for quotes for a landscaper we could trust that could handle all of our needs in February. I hired land-co living to come over to my house to build a 14 x 16 deck. Trip the owner was very professional,he had a crew of very capable workers that were very polite and hard working.The work was done in quite a timely manner and the overall cost was quite reasonable.After the job was completed the guys cleaned up the work area so well that you could not tell that there was construction site there. A few groves were cut into the concrete from the low lying spots to allow for water to draining out
