Fridge problem, can’t fix, charged 400$

My name is Vlad and I am the owner of Maple Leaf Appliance Repair. I wanted to follow up personally and apologize for the bad service you have experienced. We work very hard to provide the very best service in the industry, but unfortunately running a business in today’s environment is challenging especially when you are providing a service that relies heavily on staff. Sasha is a new technician with us and still not familiar enough with all our procedures and demands for a quality service. I will make sure he is getting followed up in regards to this service call.
I once again apologize, this is not something that was supposed to happen. Please allow me to offer you a partial refund as a compensation for this negative experience.
