Our ceiling had water damage, once calling Perfect Panting & Repair, they came the next day to see the damage and were very honest and informative. My ceiling was fixed in 2 days and I could not be happier. They were extremely personable and I cannot wait for them to help with more things around my house. Would recommend to anyone over and over again.

Refered by another satisfied client we contracted with John to renovate our whole main floor. We could not have been more heppy with the anazing results.
John is a very detailed oriented person who identified much more than the original quote and gave us a perfect job as well as greatly improving on small details we overlooked.
John and his team are perfectionists and use only top quality products in your home. We needed a new floor for our living room Dining room and kitchen and John installed 3/4" oak hardwood flooring to our complete satisfaction.
We had all the walls resurfacted and painted and we cannot find even one blemish in them now. Just perfection!
John's team cleaned up each day after they finished and took all rubbish away to the dump each day.
During the process John is in constant contact with you to obtain your choices for materials and colours and also suggesting some of his own for your consideration. We were entirely happy with some of his choices which ended up being the better option.
We had both our bathroom and kitchen completely redone and are overjoyed with the end results. Top quality materials were used in every case and he incorporated our ideas as well.
In the end we are so happy we chose him as our constractor and would recommend him to anyone else.

Beautiful work! Meticulous attention to detail, while quick and efficient. Very reasonable price. Professional, polite and honest. Goes above and beyond. Notices small flaws and improves with touch-ups. Additional work done with no extra charge. Clean ceiling lines. Will get paint at store after consulting with customer. Can come in on short notice, flexible hours. Great for preparation for house sale or event. I was extremely happy with the final product. Has my highest recommendation. Excellent job and very nice contractor. My house looked brand new once done.

I've had the pleasure of hiring John and his crew for a number of jobs and until recent, have been satisfied with his work. This time around I hired John to remove and install a sliding door, install vinyl flooring and paint. After providing a verbal quote (he will not do written quotes) and 5 days into the project, he refused to finish installing the sliding door and wanted to triple the cost to complete the vinyl flooring. Throughout discussions to try and mediate the problem and find a reasonable resolution, he became verbally abusive, threatening and extremely unprofessional.
The firm walked off the job, resulting with me having to scramble to find an alternate contractor to complete the project.
After this experience, I would not recommend Perfect Painting & Repair.

I highly recommend John and his team for any renovation. They came in and repaired our previous reno gone terribly wrong. He assured me he could fix the bad workmanship and he came thru 100%. We could not be any happier with the results. We were so happy with his amazing work that we recently called him back for painting and install of crown molding. Once again the work was impeccable. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and service that Perfect Painting provides. I have had them at my home twice now and highly recommend them. John the owner provides reasonable quotes for exceptional work, he is very reliable and honest. Unlike other contractors I've hired they are respectful of my property and clean up at the end of each day. If he sees something he can fix that's not in the quote he will do it anyway. John takes great pride in his work and he will take on projects other contractors may find too challenging.
