Parliament Contracting

I had Parliament Contracting replace my roof in the spring. They were friendly, efficient, did a great job and at a great price. I got a free quote and they walked me through the options and when I confirmed with them, they were in and out in a morning, including removing all the materials. After they did my house, my parents got them to do their house and were pleased as well. And their roof is much more complex than mine.

We are very satisfied with the work Tyler and his crew did for us. A professional quote that was very competitive. The crew worked hard and had it finished within the discussed timeframe. Good advice on when to start, making sure that we would't have a half finished roof and having to wait while the rain stops. After the job they cleaned up very thoroughly, which was a concern for us with 2 active kids and a dog running around. Beautiful end result. Very satisfied.

We are very happy with the service by Parliament Contracting.

When we contacted them we had just had a leak in our roof and they fit us into their busy schedule and had our roof done 4 days later! The workers were extremely polite and made a point of keeping me up to date on their progress. Shingles used are Canadian made which means they were created with Canada weather in mind. Best of all, they did a great job cleaning up - you'd never even know they had been there!

They re-shingled our roof a the Spring of 2015 after it had started to leak. The previous owners of our house had it redone in 2001 but all they did was replace the top layer of shingles. Needless to say that a 25 year warrantee on those 2001 shingles was wasted. Parliament Contracting recommended to do it right and remove all 4 layers of old shingles before starting. We haven't had any problems since and several neighbours hired them to do their roofs.
I liked that Liam, as owner, was working on the roof with his guys. There is close supervision and they don't waste time. They were quiet, polite (no loud swearing which is often the norm with construction guys), and cleaned up everything before they left. He did say that he took several pictures and was to send me a file with them but I never got them.
Their price was fair and I hired them a second time to do the roof of a rental property I own.

Tyler and Liam did a great job on the roof. Overall, I am pleased with their work. They cleaned up well. So far no issues with the quality of their workmanship. Call them and talk to them.

Replacement of roofing on our two-story house with a very complicated roofline. Scissor truss. And the installation of new venting removal of old shingles and installation of new roof shingles!
