To begin with, this transaction happened solely through the phone. I spoke with Avi, and told him exactly what I wanted. I sent some samples of the way I wanted the door, and he sent me back some of the doors he had. I chose the one I liked, I submitted more specifics about the door, and the contract was sent and signed by email.

The door was ready and installed in the timeframe Avi gave me, and his installer was professional, with great workmanship and very respectful towards myself and my mom as he did the installation.

I also arranged for Avi to do the flashing around my new garage door, which his installer also did the same day.

It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this company. The product is amazing, and this was a full install with complete framing done from the brick out!

The Smart Choice representative contacted me and showed up promptly to give an extremely reasonable quote for two doors. The rear door to a mud room was very small and required a unique build which they handled without any issues. Installation was smooth with one minor correction in the glass type (etched) that they quickly corrected. They did ask us to purchase and provide the door locks which I had no problem with. The quality of workmanship by their installer was excellent.
Overall , I am delighted with the products and service by Smart Choice.

The installers worked quickly and efficiently which was much appreciated as this was the middle of February (2017). The door is aesthetically pleasing and is working perfectly. The price is also very satisfactory.

Interior finish was excellent and the air seal is much better now. They took care of garbage disposal and were very careful around the house, inside and out.

Manufacturer delivered some windows which were not aligned with the design, contractor promised to replace them at no cost. Installation was fast and quality was very good.
