Window Mart

We live in Drayton Valley Alberta. Andrey Djumayev was the sales manager that came out to give us an estimate. He was fantastic to work with. The windows were installed a week ago and we are very happy with them. One screen had damage so the installer took it back to Edmonton to fix. We picked up the screen on a trip to Edmonton and the staff were very accommodating. We would highly recommend Window Mart to anyone looking for efficient service with a high quality product.

Great installation. Very professional both before and during install. Would highly recommend. Slava was very professional when it came to doing the estimate and providing the quote. Install crew were ontime and did a great job.

From the beginning, I felt that Slava cared about my needs as a customer and wasn't just trying to quote me the most expensive windows I would pay for. I had received a couple other quotes for my windows, and Window Mart was the most competitive, while also making me feel like they were genuinely trying their best to provide me the best service, even if it meant they weren't making top dollar. Slava was very responsive to my questions, answering immediately, or letting me know he needed to find out and telling me when he would return with the information (which he did).

Once I paid the deposit and confirmed the worder, there was a minor confusion that occurred as we approached the installation date. I had asked for an install date and was given one, but I wasn't told at that time that it was a "soft" date as the windows themselves could still be delayed (which happens). However, I wasn't called to let me know that the "soft" date had changed when there was a delay, and I forgot to call them to confirm. It resulted in a bit of an inconvenience in me having to move back a bunch of furniture, but Window Mart was very apologetic and went out of their way to make amends, providing me with a gift card for the trouble.

The day of the installation, the installers arrived exactly when I was told they would be there. I was told to expect 1 or 2 days for the install, and they were done by 730 pm that night. We did a walk through and everything looked great, they even vacuumed up any mess that they had left, we just needed to do a bit of dusting afterward. The only thing we noted that needed to be addressed was some minor drywall damage around the top edges of some of the frames. The installer went to all the affected windows and used caulking to fill in the gap, which we painted over once it was dry and it was just like new.

Overall, very happy to work with Window Mart and I would recommend them to anyone!

i just bought new windows and doors from Kevin Watt at Window Mart. Best service ever,listened to my concerns as i have a disability, worked with me and offered great suggestions. I have no problem recommending this company to others and i agreed to have one of their signs put on my lawn. Looking forward to getting my new windows and doors. Thanks a bunch Kevin.

I had to get a quick quote and Peter, sales rep, answered the call so very promptly. He came to the house, offered his suggestions and got a quote to me before leaving the house. I haven't started with them, but I am looking forward to giving them my business.

i was shopping around for a few months and getting a few different estimates for my windows and my doors until i meet Tim Ametov the sales personal of Window Mart he came on time was very punctual and very respectful, I told him that I dont have all the money for my project and he didnt treat me any different when I said that to the others they werent as dedicated anymore. I told Tim I wanna change a couple windows at a time and he suggested I do all so i can get the best rebate and discount and he offered me to finance it at a low interest rate and ZERO DOWN I could not ask for a better deal he was very ambitious and amazing at his presentation and explaining everything. Everything he said was happening the way the installer Tahir & Aziz came and layed drop sheets all over the house so they can walk with there safety shoes without making my floors dirty they were also very respectful and walked me thru everything that they were doing and they didnt mind me watching and asking questions. I am happy with there work and if you're looking to change windows or doors i would recommend none other than Tim from Window Mart. Save you the hassle on getting a lot of different quotes and save your the time. 5 stars service

The old windows and leaky front doors were replaced with beautiful windows and a wonderful door. I am very pleased with the work that these fellows did to make my home so much brighter and lovely. Thank you so much.

I am a researcher by nature and I spent a lot of time deciding on a company for our new windows and finally selected Window Mart and have been very happy with our decision. We wanted to maximize the glass and these windows do that. With many of the replacement windows from other companies, you end up with a smaller window. The casement windows open up fully and we will enjoy that when the weather gets warmer and also when we want to clean them. Andrei Timofte helped us to come up with an unusual asymmetric configuration on our living room window that I am extremely happy with. He was also very patient and made a second trip to our home just to discuss it.
One last thing - the installers were very proud of their work and were true professionals. They worked quickly and carefully and we were very satisfied with the result.

Recently replaced my windows, my front door and my my patio door thru this company. I have to say my experience was great Tim Ametov came over and showed me all the different types of windows and doors showed me their product he was very good at explaining everything very detailed. Tim Ametov also came on the day of installation to make sure everything was going well. Tahir and Aziz the installer did a wonderful job they cleaned selves vacuum where was needed and made it look like nothing happened my husband and I are 100% satisfied with their work. knowing that I have a transferable 25years warranty is very comforting I am now enjoying my new windows and would gladly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I was looking to replace windows in my house. I called 4 different companies to get quote and finaly decided to chose Window Mart. Max came over amd give me presentation on their product. Explaned differnt options I have. Istallation team did great job. I was very pleased with installers who came and did installation of my windows. I am happy with my new windows and definitely will recommend Window Mart and Max to my family and friends.
