The Sales Representative Jerry who came to our house to give an estimate was well informed, listened to our needs and worked with us to fit our budget. Installers showed up on scheduled day. The installation went very smooth. The windows look great and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I will certainly use this company again!!!

The windows that we had were original ones and most of them needed replacement because the wood at the bottom had been deteriorating and we also wanted to increase the energy efficiency of our house considering how much the technology has leaped forward in this 30 year period.

Luckily, our friends recommended Window Mart to us, who did a terrific job for them replacing all the windows, as well as converting their patio door into garden doors.

They did it again! Outright, we were very pleased with the way Ivan explained everything. Oh yes, the praise that our friends Nate and Kayla gave him was well deserved! We felt totally comfortable proceeding with the order right then and there.

We didn't expect anything less from the installers, and thanks to Sergey and his assistant, the work was completed in a timely manner, with no spots left for us to clean. And oh well the windows - aren't they just fabulous to look at and operate! The sliding doors too - we absolutely adore having the blinds built in-between the glass panes, makes them so much more useful!

Could not be happier with the treatment we received from Window Mart and their product. Simply outstanding!

void this company, they are unable to complete work on time, will arrange installation dates and then not show up. They do not return calls, and cannot deliver on contract agreements. They leave your yard covered with metal debris. They provide no customer service and are all around unprofessional. If you want quality work completed on time look elsewhere.

We cannot express enough compliments to Ivan and Sergey who we feel did everything they could to make it indeed a fabulous windows & patio doors replacement experience. The first gentleman went through a very engaging presentation that had us emerge afterwards with a good understanding of what we want in our house. Before we only knew that we needed new windows and doors. Great job Ivan!

My wife and I were looking to replace our front and back doors. A friend of my, recommended Window Mart to deal with. The sales rep Slava was knowledgeable and polite. He offered some options for our project. The installers Eugene and Alex did a great job. 100% recommended.

We just had our windows replaced by Window Mart , its was a bit cold but the installers didn't stop at all , Lilian was excellent and did a great job installing , was very fast and efficient . We were looking to get some windows replace in our 32 years old home. After careful research out of 5 diferent companies decided to go ahead with Window Mart. Reason of that was factor number one quality of product and two their sales rep was very friendly and not pushy. In terms of price they were not the cheapest but reasonable compare with their quality.
Installers come and did great job. They cleaned up after themselvs. Windows looks great. We are going to use them again in spring for rest of windows and posible doors. 100% recommend Window Mart to anyone who is looking for best product and best service.

All went very good. Presentation that Daria made was very enjoyable and helped us to make the decision because we did not know a lot about windows but now we do. Just had them installed together with front and back door and we are very happy with everything. Including very affordable monthly payments that will cause no stress. Professional all the way and will not hesitate to recommend Window Mart to everyone who need new windows or doors and want good quality.

I had taken a quote and paid advance in mid Sept 2018 to have a cracked window replaced and installed. 2 people on 2 different occasions came from windowmart to take measurements for the new window. I was told the window was custom made and so would take upto 12 weeks to have it delivered. Since I didn’t hear anything by Dec 2018, I called back in Dec to find out that they had screwed up and hadn’t booked me in. So then they book me in Jan 2019. When the men come to remove my cracked window, they remove it and as they try to install the new window, they figure out that the window they have does not fit. They tell me that whoever measured the window didn’t take the correct measurements. They put my cracked window back in, and in the process completely break my cracked window from 1 end to the other. They told me that I would get a call from their office in Edmonton. I call the Edmonton office and leave a complaint. One day later and still no response or call from Edmonton office. Disgusted I call the office to talk to the manager Slava Kravchenko – who does not have regular work hours, so is not in the office and is too busy to attend the calls of customers who have already paid to have a window replaced 5 months ago. The lady who took my call Vanessa couldn’t give me clear information as to when somebody would come to measure my window again (if that) or by when I would have the correct window installed, or whether I would get my money back or even a discount (for the inconvenience of having 2 babies in the house in Edmonton’s winter with a now completely cracked window, when I had paid and ordered 5 months ago). Now we can’t even sit beside the window as it is too cold, even with temporary bandaid fixes and window blinds. Every department sucks in this company, with people just passing the bucket around.
