I had 2 doors and bay window for the kitchen sink installed, the front door color ended up not matching the house trim. I let Tim know of the issue and he promptly came out at to inspect the issue. He then offered to have the door painted to match the house, which was all I was wanting. The workmanship of the installers was top notch. I am very happy with the service i received from Window Mart.

We were looking for windows and doors replacement for our house. We got 6 different companies for quotes and we decided to go ahead with Window Mart. We had Max came over to give estimate. He explained how the windows were made in Canada. After we decided to visit their showroom. They were not the cheapest but we felt that their windows and doors superior. Also they offered best warranty witch was a big factor for us. Windows and doors were installed back in August 2018 and we waited to see how will work out in winter. We are satisfied with it and make a big difference on saving heat. We would 100% recommend Window Mart to anyone who is looking for great product and service.

There are many companies to choose from but Window Mart is just better. We could compare because we took a few estimates.
With Ivan we got educated and not just "estimated". With Serge we got the windows and doors put in the right way. We can surely say that we received professional and courteous service and serious quality product.

A few years ago we bought windows with a company that is no longer in business. Last year we went with Window Mart.What can I say..We liked the quality. The installation was done very professionally. During this frigid temperatures we called our salesperson on account of condensation forming on our windows. Daria patiently educated us on some "tricks" on preventing this moisture. And today she called us to check if it disappeared. We were pleasantly surprised on this professional service. They are very busy company, but put the clients satisfaction first.

Ivan was very nice to deal with as well as the crew that did the installation - professional and friendly. It took just a few moments observing Sergey and Alex at work to gain confidence that our new windows were in the right hands as they were becoming part of our home. Also, our new front door with the side window (I think it's called a sidelight) look gorgeous thanks to the designer glass.

Window Mart delivered on all levels. Ivan was much more thorough in his approach than the sales representatives from other companies, and it was only natural he won us over. Evidently, the product quality was superior, as his detailed comparison revealed. The windows were installed last week and it has been several days now of -20 and below and we are amazed at how well they seem to be insulated. We see no ice buildup around the corners inside like with our old windows and the furnace is turning on less frequently. We can only imagine how much will be saved on heating costs over the years.

Big thanks to Sergey and Alex for doing a great job with installations. It only took them 2 days to get everything replaced in our rather spacious house and in the end it was as clean as before they arrived.

Almost all windows in the house were replaced, some windows were enlarged. All windows are good, three ply. The house has become even lighter and warmer. The guys worked very quickly, despite the weather conditions. All the windows were set to the level as requested by the husband, two window openings were enlarged, the guys worked cleanly, they cleaned up the garbage after themselves, vacuums and removed the old windows. I liked their work very much, the windows are of high quality, the staff are professionals, they know their work. The remaining windows will also be changed with the Window Mart company.

Eight windows in our house have just been replaced by Window Mart. The project started with Slava’s visit. With a demo window, Slava explained their products, answered all our questions, and helped us make the right decision of hiring Window Mart for the job. Alex and his crew came for the installation on scheduled day. They removed the old, installed the new, and made sure everything fit perfectly. After all finishing done, they did thorough clean-up. True professionals! We look forward to welcoming them back for doors replacement.

I would like to say we have been through a few companies to try to get quotes as well as knowledge about replacing windows. Peter from window mart blows all of them out of the water he was extremely knowledgeable friendly and inviting. No matter how many questions we had Peter had an answer. I would highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a window or a door to contact Peter from window mart you won’t be disappointed.
