My air conditioner has stopped working so I called Rafi. He came by the following day on time , he was very polite, patient and professional. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who need their service.

Rafi was amazing!! Very efficient, friendly and professional. He was able to arrive at my house not only the same day, but I didn’t call him until 2 in the afternoon and he was here in a couple hours. Thank you so much!!!!

H & R was very prompt in getting to the job site. He explained what he was looking for and the process.
The unit is old and they knew what needed to be checked and done.
The unit was repaired in a timely fashion and we are happy.

Contractor was very friendly and easy to talk to. We had two Enbridge warning tags and he was able to resolve the issues. Very flexible and easy to work with.

The work was well done quickly also for a Sunday. We have heat now. I would definitely recommend.

I have requested a furnace inspection and Rafi was very thorough and explained everything.
He tweaked a setting to make the furnace you gas more optimally and even replaced a part of a pipe that was leaking a bit from the humidifier.

Rafi arrived promptly for our annual service and thoroughly explained what work was to be performed. Showed the internal mechanisms of the furnace and explained the key functions while performing the service. Rafi is professional from start to finish. Definitely will call Rafi again and recommend him and his company to anyone who needs the this service.

Rafi came after hours to get our furnace working again. It was leaking water and I was afraid to turn it on. Rafi diagnosed the problem as being with the gasket. He did the research to confirm that my furnace was under warranty, so the whole repair was affordable since parts were included. Rafi then then replaced the gasket. Everything has been working well since. Highly recommended.

Rafi has been helping us with our furnace and air conditioner for years, from annual maintenance to a couple of issues that came up due to the age of the equipment. He is extremely professional and has always done an excellent job of explaining the maintenance process and what he's seeing. I feel very fortunate to have come across his services a few years ago and would absolutely recommend him.

After having an issue with my air conditioner I first call one the large companies recommended on Homestars (not H&R) that tried to sell me a new AC and a commit to a monthly service plan (very costly). I called H&R for a second opinion and Rafi explained it could be fixed for a significantly Lower cost. I appreciate H&R workmenship and their honesty and would definitely use them again for future work.
